  1. Meh. Whatever keeps them in Buffalo.
  2. Hey, Chris Kelsay had just as many sacks as Mario Williams did last year. *ducks*
  3. Too many positive things are being said about the Bills this offseason. Far too much good karma and high hopes. Quickly! Rian Lindell! Stab someone!
  4. Just picked up two tickets for the home opener on Stubhub no less than twenty minutes ago. Also: I'm going to the home opener! Woot!
  5. I still can't believe Brian Moorman did that...
  6. Linky Link. http://profootballtalk.nbcsports.com/2012/05/21/bucs-tell-winslow-not-to-come-to-otas/
  7. Powell definitely has a chance. You have to figure that he'll see a lot of snaps in the preseason since the Bills already know what Moorman can do. If he comes out of the gate destroying the ball on each punt, we could very well see Moorman's final days in Buffalo. What's more likely to happen however is that Powell gets cut and is Option #1 in case there is an injury to Moorman or his play declines suddenly in the season.
  8. I simply cannot get enough of Tom Brady half-assing it on the Florence INT run back.
  9. *sigh* I miss Phil Hartman.
  10. Jauronimo made me legit laugh here in the office. No kids for me yet, but I did take my nephews and niece to last year's Philly game. My nephews are 12 and 14 while my niece is 16. They all had a blast, even my niece who really isn't a sports fan but she had a lot of fun tailgating. As people have mentioned, its all about the section you're in. I managed to get tickets in my old season section (331) which has always been very good and mostly idiot-free. I knew as long as nothing radically changed over the last year, it would be a good section for them to sit in. I was more worried about visiting Eagles fans being jerks than drunk Bills fans, but luckily most Eagle fans I saw there were sad and sullen so it never really factored in. Find a good section, stay out of the Rockpile and you're golden.
  11. Quote from Vince Young: All you can do is come in and work. You always have to be ready because you never know what's going to happen. ESPN Sportscenter Story: Vince Young gunning for Ryan Fitzpatrick's job?!!?!?! Says "You never know whats going to happen!" at Bills press conference!
  12. I'd say thats fair. After this year they should easily surge into the Top 10.
  13. All we need to do now is sign Reggie Bush and we have the trifecta.
  14. Let's brighten the mood a bit, shall we? An earlier post got me to thinking...what will happen to the city of Buffalo when the Bills win a Superbowl? How will everyone react?
  15. Not to detract from Drayton's signing, and I'm sure its been touched on before, but I REALLY wish we had better announcers for that Bills/Pats game.
  16. Watching Brady give up at the end of that play never gets old. Awesome. Good luck Drayton! See you in the playoffs!
  17. It would make sense. And poor Kyle Moore, when he gets cut Tank Carder is going to pick up #54 from him.
  18. I see Mark Anderson is 93 now.
  19. One of my earliest memories ever (not football related memories, overall memories) was my mother crying on the couch after Norwood missed the field goal. How's that for being initiated as a Bills fan? I'll never forget that though, my mother is a diehard Bills fan and now I treat her to training camp and yearly games...we've had some great memories since then but I'll never shake that image of watching her cry after the Superbowl when I was 4 years old. That is until we win the Superbowl this year, then we'll be good. Aside from that early memory, I'd have to say the Music City Miracle game (punched a hole in the wall), the "Just Give It To Them" game (easily the angriest I've ever been watching a Bills game) and the Dallas/Buffalo MNF game. I actually turned off the Bills/Patriots "Take a knee, Leodis!" game in the 3rd QTR since I had an early flight the next day so at least I didnt watch that debacle unfold live.
  20. I wasn't alive yet for this Bills/Fins game, but boy do I remember the 'just give it to them" game with vivid details. So many horrific calls in that game, I was probably never more angry as a Bills fan than I was for that one.
  21. Nom Nom Nom Delicious QBs Nom Nom Nom
  22. Sheesh, it wouldn't be all at once. We're not animals, you know.
  23. Speaking as a comic book nerd, that post-credits scene was so deliciously awesome. Not the Shawarma scene, the other one.
