  1. Anyone care to give us a play-by-play of what he says?
  2. Ugh...lets hope its not New England.
  3. I'm somewhat surprised that BB.com is hyping up this interview so much...they usually dont give a crap about interviews outside of their own.
  4. If you are looking for hints or signs about the schedule, I think BB.com is dropping one to us. I've noticed that their polls usually tip their hat to what is coming up (for example, a week before Takeo Spikes signed his transition sheet, the question was "Is OLB an area in need of an upgrade?"). Well, the question they just put up is asking whether the fans think the Bills will get a Monday Night Football game. Methinks that we'll get one...and it'll be a home game against the Falcons. Mike Vick against the #2 Defense...hopefully in the cold. Just a guess though.
  5. For some reason...I thought the link would have sent me to Pixy Man. Another worthy canidate to our HOF! Hell, with how often Pixy Man shows up on the board, you'd figure he was a regular poster.
  6. Its not so far-fetched. We know for a fact that Mularkey likes a player who is versatile, and although he lacks the blinding speed of Randle-El, I could see Mularkey designing a few offensive schemes around him and his ability to throw the ball. At least worth some consideration, come draft day. I certainly wouldnt be opposed to us drafting him.
  7. How could you have missed the DOOOOOOOOMED posts that day when DeMulling ended up in Detroit? I thought we'd have to start sending out rescue teams to certain posters places of residence to make sure they were still among the living.
  8. My canidate is Leroy. Sure, according to the board stats he just registered yesterday and hasnt put a post up yet...but I feel he's got some moxie to him!
  9. Damn, the NFL Hall of Fame's first class had 17 members...whooooo we got some catching up to do boys and girls!
  10. Hogboy would have his own wing.
  11. I think it would be great to have an "opening class" of posters go up on the Wall. There are just certain people here who are staples of the board, and I really cant picture the place without them. When I first was a lurker, they were the people who made me want to join up so I could ramble incoherently at them all. I would love to see a vote on this.
  12. I'm somewhat concerned that if this deal takes until draft day, we might get screwed out of it. If the Cards instead to take one of the RBs with their top pick, then we are left out in the cold. Just makes sense to me to ship Henry to them now, get Shelton and whatever other pick we can get from them. To me, getting Shelton + a lower rounder (4-6th rounder) now is better than possibly not getting anything come draft day.
  13. The Browns get Olandis Gary, Version 2.0 who'll flop next year, and the Broncos get yet another underachieving D-Lineman. Hoorah for giving up!
  14. I have my fingers crossed that The Amityville Horror remake will be good...but deep down, I know it will probably be another lackluster effort at the horror genre by Hollywood. Also, I cant wait for Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy, thats going to be great.
  15. Just announced that this is a "fraternal twin" earthquake of the one that happened months ago...they do expect a tsunami now.
  16. According to CNN, IF a tsunami does strike, they expect it to hit around 4pm Eastern time.
  17. Would be fine and dandy with me...moving up 10 spots in the 2nd round will definitely help our chances to land Baas, Brown or Johnson thats for sure. Man, if the Bills found a way to draft David Baas, I would proudly crap my pants.
  18. Surprise, Surprise! Its a newspaper that reports on the Cowboys!
  19. Trust me, you dont want this kid on the team. He basically managed to get open in college by just being faster then some of the poor secondaries in the WAC the last few years. Not only that, but he measured in at The Combine at 5'7. He'd get absolutely destroyed in the NFL if he played WR. I have oodles of respect for a kid who tries as hard as he does, but considering he did all of his best work in a wide-open and pass-happy system in Hawaii makes me think he's a short, system WR who might catch on in the AFL, but will never be an NFL WR.
  20. 5'9!? Are you kidding me? That kid will get absolutely destroyed in the NFL. I dont doubt that he wont be able to catch the ball in the NFL, but at that size he is going to get demolished by opposing Defenses. I'll definitely pass.
  21. Will the stevestojan posse have more or less credibility to it than the Lavuale Sape fan club?
  22. Sounds good to me! Sheesh, these are the Cards we are dealing with...cant we just trick them into thinking that the LOWER the draft choice, the BETTER it is? "We'll take your crummy 2nd rounder for this shiny and new 7th rounder"
  23. Spencer to me just seems the most complete...the most positive thing I've heard about him is that many feel he's ready to step right in and start, a la LeCharles Bentley with the Saints. Would be nice to give McNally a guy like Spencer to mold.
  24. The rich get richer if that is indeed the case. And the Bears would have to be clinically retarded if they gave up Urlacher for just a 1st and then a late rounder. They could easily get a 1st and 3rd for him.
  25. I think the greatest incentive to trade for Henry is that it will free up their first round selection to improve their dismal Defense (most notably, their CBs). If they dont do the trade, they'll be forced to take a RB and neglect their Defense yet again. Or they could get Henry without losing an offensive starter, draft a player like Antrel Rolle or another stud CB and get better all around. Just makes sense to me...but these are the Cards we are talking about here...lets hope they finally see the light.
