Did anyone else think by reading the title of this post that it was going to turn out to be a girlfriend/wife-swapping story?

Knowing how NBC runs their sports shows, I guarantee that whatever garbage they parade out as their "Highlight Show" will be absolute crap in comparison to Primetime. Knowing NBC, they'll have the cast of "Average Joe" come and be the hosts of the highlight show. I mean, thats reality TV meeting with reality sports! You cant beat that!

You also get snake bites every other turn... How I shudder when I think of how many hours I logged into that game during my childhood. For some reason, whenever we had "Computer Class" back in elementary school, the only educational game I enjoyed was The Oregon Trail. Mainly because you could customize your own tombstone when you died. Somewhere...in the Shenendehowa School District here in Upstate New York, there exists a disk that contains a computer tombstone that reads "Here Lies Mark: Butt You, Poop!" I was a troubled child.

The worst Bill that I ever met was, not a big surprise, Bruce Smith who was just downright dickish both times. Now, I dont talk to these guys like some of the posters here do, but I was trying to get an autograph from him when I was younger. We were pushed up against the chain fence, and I remember Bruce driving up in a golf cart, flanked by John Clayton of ESPN fame who apparently was giving him an interview. Bruce started signing EVERYTHING he could find...until the ESPN cameras shut off and Clayton walked away...he then smiled at the group and said "Well, my time is up" and walked away. Just for reference, I understand that atheletes have other things to do, but it was painfully clear he was just putting on a show for the cameras. The nicest Bill I ever met was Steve Tasker, who I have actually had conversations with when I see him wandering around the camps. VERY nice man...I met Don Beebe once and, as another post already commented, he was also a great guy and very willing to tolerate me gushing over the fact he was a Buffalo Bill.

Oh man...I just had a scary thought...could you imagine sitting through a post-game highlight show hosted by John Madden?

This really sucks if it is indeed true...NBC blows. I looked forward to seeing Primetime, even though I'm luckily in an area that broadcasts a majority of Bills games, just to catch up on everything else going on in the NFL.

Thats what I was thinking...clearly Troy Vincent is speaking very highly of him. I guess it couldnt hurt to have him in here, just for depth purposes (and the possibility of Clements bolting after next season). Although...wait a second...the Redskins are in the hunt too? Nevermind...He may have his buddy here, but a 10 million signing bonus will make him cut that tie pretty quickly.

As good as that Ravens Defense in 2000 was, should they REALLY be proud over beating that Giants team?

The problem is, even if Moulds has a great year...his salary is still insane and his renegotiation seemed to only buy him another year in Buffalo. Now granted, I'd much rather see Big Mike lower his contract and enable us to hang onto Moulds, but the reality of the situation is that all signs point to this being Moulds last season in Buffalo. Plus, we did draft a WR with our first pick in the draft...makes me think that TD also recognizes the issues in keeping Moulds. It sucks, Moulds is one of my favorite Bills and I'll keep my fingers crossed that they can work something out, but much like with Nate...I dont expect either to suit up for us next season.

I'm actually glad the thread still exists...its got some nice nostalgia of the old meaner, rougher Stadium Wall. Ah, memories...

EASILY the most brutal thread ever posted since I've been around. As hilarious as Ed's thread was, it was all in good fun. I actually sensed anger flowing from the Homework thread...it made my inner child cry. That being said, I only have one person on my ignore list, but he doesnt post here any more...where would my life be without a "We NEED to sign so-and-so or the Bills go 0-16, move to LA, and the city of Buffalo implodes in on itself" post every day?

Wasnt McGee our starting corner for most of last year as well? When we pulled in the #2 overall defense? McGee should be very low on our list of "worries" this season. I'm with you on the LT thing though...heres hopin' that Gandy pulls it together or the Bills go out and sign a guy like Verba.
