  1. I've been out all day and just got back so I'm out of the loop...but PLEASE dont tell me there are people complaining over this victory.
  2. There is some serious man-love for Bledsoe.
  3. Still though, if he was upgraded to questionable before the game, clearly he's going to be ready in the next few weeks.
  4. Thats a sign! Lets go Bills!
  5. You've just entered the second phase of your TBD initiation...time to get you some pickle juice...
  6. Is he a post whore?
  7. Alright Cajun! I was worried about you man, glad to see you are safe. Joygasms all around!
  8. I just got back from a bar where I watched the game with WWE Champion, John Cena. I had to be told who he was...but it was pretty cool to hang out with a semi-celeb.
  9. I hate to be the first to go against the trend, but I dont see us winning this game. JP's first start against a 3-4 Defense, heavy blitzing, excellent CBs, lots of confusion...JP struggles big time. It'll be close though because of our Defense, but we'll fall short. Texans: 13 Bills: 10
  10. Dont make me turn your ankle over!
  11. I agree. I remember when someone posted that the Giants got themselves an extra home game and the board went crazy with "Thats unfair!" and "The NFL is favoring the Giants" type of thing. But now that we might get an extra home game, its okay with some people. Nah, lets find a neutral site and make this fair and square.
  12. Seriously, this doesnt seem like a big deal at all. I've turned my ankle a bunch of times playing sports, it hurts like a B word for a day or two but I've never had one last for more than 3 days. And I'm not a professional football player, so I think Chris V will be fine. Plus, if it were really serious...dont you think they would have mentioned something about him going in for an x-ray? Seems like we are a bit edgy around here to get crazy over a turned ankle.
  13. How does he have the time and effort to run the Bills? I heard he took over for God...
  14. I decided to check up on Schneck in my 2005 preview magazines, and all of them regard him as one of the best Long Snappers in the NFL. Lindy's called him "one of the elite" in the business. Problem is, most of these magazines give a sentence in discussion over long snappers, but they all say that Schneck is very good at it. Compare that to what they say about Dorenbos, most of them saying that he's coming back from injury and, at best, is "solid". The Bills arent running a charity here, and although Dorenbos' life story truly is amazing, if we can get a better player who snaps on both punts and FGs AND a guy who doesnt have knee problems, I say go for it. Especially if he's considered to be one of the best at it in the NFL.
  15. http://www.houstontexans.com/news/news_detail.php?PRKey=1916 A VERY nice article about this Sunday's game. JP better be ready, because the Texans are coming for him. Sad to say, but I got a feeling its going to be a rough start to the season for Mr. Losman. But I like that last sentence of the Texans article... "Years from now, when the Bills decide to hold another throwback promotion, perhaps fans in upstate New York will still be talking about J.P. Losman. The Texans just want to ensure his first start isn’t part of the reminiscing."
  16. DING DING DING...I think we have a winner...
  17. Please no more cowbell this season...what a jinx!
  18. ESPN also has their predictions up, 3 of the 8 forecasters have the Bills making the playoffs. But get this...TWO of the 8 say the NFL MVP this year will be...Kurt Warner?
  19. Nice to see McFarland back, I thought he was actually pretty decent when he did see action. And trust me, Goldsberry WILL be our starting FB whenever Shelton decides to hang it up.
  20. I just had a conversation with my roommates about the same thing. I think Vinny is out of the league and Tupa might be going on IR...so I honestly think the only Tecmo player left is Ricky Proehl.
  21. If New England loses to Oakland of all teams, I will laugh madly into the night. Long, bellowing laughs that shall be heard all the way in Boston. That being said, Oakland is going to get CRUSHED by the Patriots in Week One. The Raiders are looking directly at a 7-9 season.
  22. http://sportsillustrated.cnn.com/2005/writ...ions/index.html Doesnt he read The Wall? Doesnt he know the Bills could barely beat an Arena Football team with this offense?
  23. And I will say that I also noticed TD gushing over Clarrett before the draft...
  24. If Clarett was okay with being on the practice squad...and KNOWING that he'll probably never see the field this season...and backing up Willis McGahee (wow, that would be a weird turn of events considering the now famous Ohio State/Miami game)...then...sure, why the hell not? He does have talent...and he cant do too much damage being on the practice squad.
  25. Retatta isnt just a dish...but its a state of mind...like...totally man...*inhales*
