  1. Someone will have to fill me in on who's public enemy #1 with the Bills these days. From a glance around, we've got TD, Mularkey and Mike Williams...Heeeeeeey, these were the same people we were hating on when I left! Yeah though, I'm still not "home" yet, but at least back in the States...with sweet, reliable internet connections.
  2. Okay, so I'm back after my 3-month work-study in Prague...did I miss anything Bills-related?
  3. Hey, the Bucs should be the ones to get their heads examined...the Bills get super-powers when they put on the ol' throwbacks.
  4. Here's what I bet happened...the Bucs wanted to wear their white uniforms so they could force the Bills to wear their heavy dark home-colors. Instead of opting for our "modern" home uniforms, the Bills got the NFL permission to make this game their 2nd game to wear their blue throwbacks.
  5. Wearin' the throwbacks...again?
  6. JP and the offense struggles big time against a dominant Bucs D... Bucs: 17 Bills: 6
  7. "Sitting on a brown leather couch, he watched nothing but ABC shows." I kinda picture that to be a lot like hell...just constant reruns of the Tony Danza show.
  8. When Losman shows the ability to get the ball to Evans without the luxury of playing against Phillip Buchannon.
  9. Oh man...you arent kidding...that Beetlejuice picture is HOT.
  10. Uhm...isnt Parish listed as OUT already?
  11. Parrish is just showing off in those videos...lets hope we see him on the field some time in the next month.
  12. At least we in the Albany area are getting the Falcons vs Bills game in Week 3. Although it took a FOX broadcast for us to see our first Bills game of the year.
  13. Where did I say I dont respect what he did? I think he had a great game...I just dont drop to my knees like the rest of the national media are doing for Bledsoe, completely ignoring the fact that, much like our success against the Texans, its only one game. And with the Cowboys, even their fans are commenting that the Chargers held off the blitz so Bledsoe had oodles of time to throw. I'm simply pointing out that the Skins are a MUCH better Defense under GW, and are known for their complex blitz schemes. Plus, if anyone knows the faults and shortcomings of Drew Bledsoe, its Gregg Williams. He saw it all first-hand and will make Bledsoe's life very difficult come Sunday. If Bledsoe does well next week, I'm be even more impressed with him...but that doesnt mean I want him back here. He may fit Dallas' system but his time with us was a failed experiment.
  14. Raise your hand if you think Bledose will do that well against a really good Redskins Defense that blitzes like crazy...AND just happens to have his former head coach coming up with a defensive gameplan for him? Bledsoe lucked out when the Chargers held off blitzing...Marty showing once again his complete refusual to adjust his scheme...but that wont happen this week.
  15. Heck, we had people complaining after a 22-7 victory...can you imagine how its going to be when the team struggles against Tampa Bay this weekend?
  16. Are you saying Takeo is better than Eddie Robinson?
  17. Against a real defense, on the road, for a home opener...Losman struggles BIG TIME. Bucs: 19 Bills: 6
  18. By this time next week, the DOOOOOMED posts will be out in full force, methinks.
  19. Say what you will about Gregg Williams, but we all know for a FACT he knows first-hand about Bledsoe's faults. And I think it'll be fun for him to finally exploit that this week instead of trying to make up for it. The Redskins offense may blow badly, but Williams does have that Defense looking good. Much like how I think JP and OUR offense will struggle badly against a real defense (the Bucs), I think the Cowboys will flop against the Skins Defense this week.
  20. Thats great, now THATS a funny cartoon. Especially with the O-Line at the end and the "Ole" moves. Although I do have to say this...right when the toon loads up and you see the #7 bull and the Simeon Rice matador on the poster...it looks like the #7 bull is running right past him...Oooooo the Bucs official website dooms the team by inadvertently indicating that Rice will waft on trying to catch the bullish Losman
  21. Oh come on...like Roscoe could even SEE the top's of their heads to check for lice
  22. I dont think they are similiar at all. Maybe in terms of offense they are close, but the Bucs Defense is FAR superior to the Texans. Our offense better be ready for a huge test in the heat next week.
  23. The Bucs 5-11 record last year definitely didnt reflect what a good team they have there. They had some injuries and a couple of really dumb plays that cost them games, but they have a very good team down there in Tampa Bay. I even had them storming the NFC playoffs this year in my predictions. So this will be a VERY tough game. It'll be hot, at a home opener against one of the best Defenses in the league. Not to mention one of the best coaching staffs. JP will have his hands full, thats for sure...the INT that Antwan Peek drops would have been taken to the house if he dared to throw that at Derrick Brooks of the Bucs.
  24. You cant stop the Peters, you can only hope to contain him. Next week...Jason Peters, the CB
  25. I keep thinking about what Parrish would have done against the Texans as well. Especially on plays where JP has to roll out, thats where Parrish is going to be the most dangerous I think. When Roscoe breaks from his route and just has to get open, there isnt a nickel CB in the NFL who can keep up with him.
