  1. I've got this feeling that both Jarvis Jones and Manti Te'o will be available when we pick at #8 by the way.
  2. I would happily take the following at #8. #1- Jarvis Jones * - OLB #2- Damontre Moore * - DE #4- Star Lotulelei - DT #5- Chance Warmack - G #6- Manti Te'o - LB #8- Barkevious Mingo * - DE #10- Dee Milliner * - CB
  3. This. Needs. To. Happen. Make him a LB coach!
  4. Well, if we lose Byrd it looks like we'll be able to get Landry or Eric Smith to replace him.
  5. Hey Rob Ryan...our LBs need a coach. Come on board, buddy.
  6. As a backup, I'm shockingly okay with this.
  7. I believe its now "on like a mofo"
  8. If the Bills take Nassib at #8, I will need Hunter Thompson-esuqe levels of "special" medication.
  9. Warmack is fine in my books, but then again so is any top notch DE, DT, LB, CB or WR.
  10. Pettine did mention he wants to keep an eye on the Eagles since that's his hometown team...I dont think Marrone is the type of guy to wait around and be a 2nd choice. We'll see how the interview goes. Beat me to it BUFFALOTONE!
  11. Here's hoping we can say "Welcome aboard, Mike!" in the very near future.
  12. I'd actually like to sign Jason Smith and turn him into a Guard. He's pretty much busted out as a Tackle because of his mobility but he still packs a good initial punch.
  13. Ah. I was unaware his contract ran up in February. Carry on!
  14. They'd have to dangle the Assistant Coach title to get this done, right? Otherwise its a lateral move.
  15. Tom Coughlin likes him too. http://blogs.buffalobills.com/2013/01/07/giants-coughlin-a-marrone-mentor/
  16. I could definitely see our new coordinators being Pete Carmichael on Offense and Donnie Henderson on Defense.
  17. I gotta admit, when this news first broke I wasn't that big of a fan of Marrone simply because I didn't know that much about him. However, I am very impressed with how he's viewed within the coaching community. Seems like everyone from analysts to former players to executives to coaches all agree that he has what it takes. Now we play the waiting game.
  18. In all seriousness, here's hoping we get a jump start on hiring assistants now. Some decent guys to be had right now.
  19. Here we have Buddy in his revealing two piece mesh-wear, brought to you by Badgley Mischka. Ooh la la!
  20. Sal needs DNA samples taken from Marrone while at the podium to be convinced.
  21. It'll be awesome to finally see George Seifert introduced as our head coach.
  22. I really do like his defensive coordinator Scott Shafer's attitude while at Syracuse. It was/is a very attacking, aggressive and proactive type of defense that forced other teams to make adjustments (definitely something we didn't have last year). I worry about Shafer's complete lack of NFL experience though.
  23. Indeed it would. I think Carmichael will be our offensive coordinator as long as he isn't a finalist for the Bears gig.
  24. His defensive coordinator at Syracuse was Scott Shafer who did manage to bring Syracuse's Defense to a respectable level (although they did tail off a bit last year). However, one would assume he would be the front runner to replace Marrone as head coach at Cuse. Carmichael is no longer under contact with the Saints, they let his contract expire.
