  1. We signed: Matt Bowen (Safety) Andre Davis (WR) Melvin Fowler (Center) Craig Nall (QB) Robert Royal (TE) Larry Triplett (DT) And we re-signed: Mario Haggan Greg Jerman Josh Reed Mike Schneck Josh Stamer
  2. And what if Moulds decides to sit this year? He said he'd never will play for the Bills this year...do we just keep him on roster during his inactivity and let him and his HUGE contract sulk?
  3. I've had Hank Baskett in my mocks for awhile now, once I saw this kid play I realized what a great talent he was. Plus, you have to say something about constantly improving from year to year during college, it shows a great level of commitment to me. He may now "wow!" you, but as a possession WR he's extremely solid. Love to see us use our 4th on him.
  4. I still like to see another Guard and Tackle be brought in with the rest of our FA money...then focus on the draft.
  5. Or they could just wait until we release him...and get him for nothing.
  6. Some team is going to get a steal when they sign Tutan Reyes. He's shown flashes of dominance along the Panthers O-Line, he's got all the skills to be a strong starter in the NFL.
  7. I'd give up Moulds straight up for their third rounder, or trade our 4th plus Moulds for their second. Sounds good to me.
  8. I really dont think its any problem finding a team who WANTS Eric Moulds. I dont even think it'll be that hard to get decent 2nd or 3rd round compensation for him. However, Eric's contract will really hurt us...plus, teams may just wait us out until we release him...why give up a draft pick when Eric said he'll never play for us again?
  9. Oh man, I hope he goes to New England...talk about a surefire way to kill that team. On the other hand, who wouldnt love to watch him and Plaxico B word at each other on the sideline every game?
  10. KFFL says that the Broncos want to trade up for one of the QBs... Broncos | Targeting QB with No. 15 overall pick Tue, 21 Mar 2006 16:35:07 -0800 ESPNews reports the Denver Broncos are expected to target a quarterback after acquiring the No. 15 overall pick from the Atlanta Falcons in a three-team deal. Problem is, there is no way in hell they can get one of the top 3 QBs by sitting at #15. Tenn, The NY Jets, Oakland, Arizona and Baltimore all pick ahead of the Broncos. I see the Titans definitely taking a QB, and the Raiders taking one as well...so basically that leaves 3 teams ahead of Denver who could easily take a QB. They need to trade up even more to get one.
  11. If Moulds can find a team that will re-work his hilariously inflated deal...more power to him.
  12. Through that entire interview, all I kept thinking was... "I dont see no fruit basket!"
  13. Bills make this baby official. http://www.buffalobills.com/news/news.jsp?news_id=3674
  14. I mentioned that in another thread, talk about not giving two craps about the Bills.
  15. I wouldnt say the Patriots are losers, sure they've lost a lot of guys but they always make their splash late in FA and come out looking brilliant. Right on about the Dolphins though, Culpepper said himself he probably wont feel 100% until mid-season, and signing Will Allen wasnt a very good move either. I'm from the Albany area where the local paper blows the Giants every chance they get and would always try to paint a happy picture about the Giants, but they HATED Will Allen for his constant inability to cover anyone the last two years. He was reaching Chris Watson levels of toastyness and Giants fans hated him for being beaten so often.
  16. Check out Morris' interview on BB.com (The Bills Vision One). Is it just me or does he come off as completely uninterested in the Bills?
  17. Well, to be fair...Mike Williams was always "hungry".
  18. Actually, Peterson had a very strong season with the Niners, but was up for unrestricted free agency this offseason...he didnt get cut. He said he wanted out of the Niners organization and just signed an uber-deal with the Seahawks. Speaking of FAs not getting any love though, I'm amazed that Charlie Woodson hasnt even been brought in for a visit by anyone. Looks like his injuries really are scaring teams away.
  19. Seahawks | Team does not match offer to Hutchinson Mon, 20 Mar 2006 21:13:13 -0800 John Clayton, of ESPN.com, reports the Seattle Seahawks have not matched the offer the Minnesota Vikings made to Seahawks transition free agent OG Steve Hutchinson. Hutchinson now becomes a member of the Vikings. The Seahawks will save $6.391 in salary cap by letting Hutchinson leave. The Vikings come out with Hutch.
  20. I dont want to trade up for Ngata, I just kind of find it funny that the only people who dont think Ngata is the best DT in the Draft is TSW and Brodrick Bunkley's close family.
  21. Hell yeah...lets not upgrade our DT at all!
  22. Well they brought him in for a visit, I assume they're interested.
  23. We could just...sign Stephen Neal, which we honestly should have done last week. Instant upgrade. Give me him over Wells any day, hopefully losing out on Wells will give Marv a kick in the butt to sign Neal.
  24. True, but I can name a lot more succesful QBs who came out of NFL Europe than I can name succesful RBs (In fact...I'd be hard pressed to name one). For some reason, the QBs seem to do pretty well over there.
  25. How much of that was because of Rodgers slipping though? I mean, when a prospect like that falls into your laps, you arent going to pass on him. If the Packers were that determined to replace Nall, they would have traded up in the first round to secure Rodgers...instead, they lucked out and he fell to them and they decided they might as well take a shot. I've actually got a very good feeling about Nall...not like he's a starter, but as a backup I think we found a gem.
