we had soo much success with EJ rolling out the pocket in game one...it gave him time and options and it seem to frustrate the bears defense...why in the last two games we've gone away from it?

I know its not reality but I just think EJ is trying too hard...coaches have to give him more freedom...and I hate the read option as the staple of your running game.... go Power I,

More Power I formation, 2 TE sets...but EJ in shot gun... Defensive have no fear of the read option, especially when you are not rolling your QB out the pocket

This is not a deep post ... EJ needs to take more shots down field... the over thrown balls are not good, but it looks worse when you only take one or two shots down field...we need to build chemistry and its just not there...

Playbook was completely different than we saw in the preseason, and how about Woods and EJ Chemistry!... this signs were there

The pre season was a throw away... seriously he looked uninterested for a reason

When you compare what EJ did last year, with less weapons compares to what he is did in the pre-season its hard to believe that this pre-season was anything more than a throw away. During the week, you heard how great he looks in practice with expanded playbooks...but got into a game in look horrible, when he wasnt even horrible last season....he only really had 1 terrible game ..and 1 poor game when he was healthy. I believe all the check down passes,generic passes are a hoax to lure the Bears to sleep.
