  1. Noooo! it is time for a team with a few studs on the O.line who can dominate in the elements. A precise passer and a hellacious D End to cause havoc after the offense takes the lead. It will be more fun sitting outside once that time comes for the Bills.
  2. Good write up Virgil. To the comments in the thread about Daboll ad the generally bad offensive performance. I felt like the Eagles offense today is what the Bills want to be. Misdirection and RPO plays. Good mix of run and pass, RB by committee, and the QB with a few select runs to pickup key first downs. The O-line was bad today. Right from the first series where incredibly they seemed to have no plan to block Cox, to missed blocks by 70, to Morse making a TFL on Allen and causing a fumble.
  3. The schedule becomes a lot easier when you’re a good team. There were a few years in the last 20 when there were only 3-4 good teams in the AFC and the wild card was wide open. But the Bills were one of the teams who gave someone else an easy W.
  4. Yep. According to Nielsen 2019 https://mediatracks.com/resources/nielsen-dma-rankings-2019/ Kind of amazing to me that Naples / Ft. Myers is basically as big as Buffalo.
  5. Why exactly do you want to shorten the games?
  6. I have 2 different SB winner bets on Bills, got bad odds in the Bahamas, but got em at 100:1 in Las Vegas back in July. Also an AFC championship bet at 35:1. That one is to pay for the SB game ticket
  7. It’s a good point. why keep issuing the # that is associated with so much disappointment. But the team bans number 12 and basically takes 32, 34, 78 out of circulation.
  8. This is depressing. Allen looks so afraid to make a mistake, that he’s doing nothing. Like so many Bills games of last 20 years
  9. Very disappointing. Really wanted a full disaster, choking out Brady on sidelines or just losing his mind and intentionally running the wrong way. This was a huge let down.
  10. I am thinking the opposite on prices. I usually go to 1 home game and at least 1 road Bills game per season. Just paid the most I’ve ever spent for Bills Reg season game. to get tickets to see then beat the Patriots.
  11. I always thought Scott Law was a Fish fan. And he quieted down now that they’re the worst team of the century. Is he actually just a suck up to Adam Gase?
  12. Interesting that the Bills have had 6 Defensive players on the field for 100% of the snaps through the first 2 games. They might be the only team in the league with 6 players who haven't left the field. The Bengals for comparison only have 1 player, Free Safety Jessie Bates, who has played every defensive snap both games. Although Cinci did have all 4 primary DBs play 100% in week 2.
  13. Good point. I was seriously imagining him dropping the snap w 15 secs left
  14. It's true. When people outside of Buffalo ask me what a Bill is, I like to say it's a baby buffalo. They usually believe it.
  15. Interesting that none of the PS signings so far came from another teams cuts. All were with the Bills in Training camp. https://www.buffalobills.com/news/bills-begin-to-assemble-practice-squad-christian-wade-holds-11th-exempt-spot
  16. I understand the the argument. But take a guy like Coleman. The Bills could be betting that no one will sign him, and he will be an option lo resign once everything shakes out. Whereas they figure Boettger or McDermott will be claimed by another team.
  17. I thought Lacey would make it for ST. Ryan Groy was cut by the Saints
  18. Stone Cold Lock! And it was Seahawks first Super Bowl win, as it will be for the Bills
  19. If they keep 9. The last spot will be someone who is not currently on the roster
  20. Good trade. He was not going to make the team. I think the Bills will be looking hard at the waiver wire for O -line help
  21. I dont understand why fans like the idea to stash guys on IR, if they cant play the whole season. Different player, but I heard some fans suggest the same w/ Robert Foster. To me that would be a huge disappointment after what Foster showed last year. With Mike Love, Why do you care if they keep the rights of a fringe player? He is not a rookie. If he was not good enough to make the team this year. What makes you think he will be an impact player at some point in the future?
  22. Download the Tune in App. Relatively inexpensive and it’s reliable as long as you have good signal. I have it since early this year. Have listened to MLB, College sports, NBA playoffs, Sabres and now Bills Preseason. So far have not had single game I wanted the hear that wasn’t available. i love it
  23. Definitely. I said the same thing. Would love to give him back. But Belichick is too smart for that.
  24. That is a good point about contracts of the other WRs on the roster below Brown and Cole. I had not fully considered that. Zay's analytics (catch rate, etc) all had significant imrovements from 2017 to 2018, which brought him from poor to average among NFL WRs in 2018. The Bills know that they currently at least have a competent NFL receiver with a chance to improve to above average starter in his 3rd year. If they move on from him, it has to be with the idea that another WR they might otherwise cut (Duke, Foster, McKenzie) will at least be able to match the average production with higher upside.
  25. Foster is so entrenched in the doghouse, I'm worried he might be cut. Which would be a huge disappointment. As for Zay, to me he fits this year as the 3rd or 4th WR on the team.. You do have the history 3rd year WR improvement factor to consider. And as other posters mentioned he is on very affordable for this season and next. The only realistic trade that makes sense to me, is for a starting caliber O-lineman. Your not going to get a draft pick in the first 4 rounds, and I would prefer not to see them give him away for a late round pick our outright cut him.
