  1. Young enough not to care too much About the way things used to be I'm young enough to remember the future The past has no claim on me I'm old enough not to care too much About what you think of me But I'm young enough to remember the future The way things ought to be
  2. Alone, listless Breakfast table in an otherwise empty room Young girl, violence Center of her own attention, the Mother reads aloud, child tries to understand it Tries to make her proud The shades go down, it's in her head Painted room, can't deny there's something wrong
  3. Come hear Uncle John's Band, playing to the tide Come with me or go alone He's come to take his children home
  4. No one sucks the life out of a huge divisional win quite like the two yahoos on the WGR post-game show, Schopp and Bulldog. Negative, condescending, crotchety old men (and I know what I’m talking about because I’m one too). this win was tough, hard-fought and nerve wracking…the post-game show doesn’t need to be that too!

  6. That's what I tell myself every night... ...well, 2-3 nights a week anyway... ...ok fine, a couple times a month...
  7. Yep, this is my thinking too. If Bills didn't want to have to rely on the Jets beating the Texans, then they should have beat the Texans themselves. And the Jets losing w/ Rogers at the helm is just...glorious.

  10. Where were the rest of the Texans? Don't see any of them coming in to help out or back him up. Were they already off the field and he was the last one still out there?
  11. Seems to me I could live my life A lot better than I think I am I guess that's why they call me They call me the Working Man
  12. Sure didn't take them long to get into their usual mid-season form.
  13. What goes up must come down Spinning Wheel got to go 'round Talkin' 'bout your troubles It's a cryin' sin Ride a painted pony Let the Spinning Wheel spin
  14. I thought Brown's penalty was more for him giving the extra shove after the D player already down, not on the pancake itself...but with last night's reffing crew, who knows. Dawkins, on the other hand, is big fat dumb idiot who needs someone to get in his face and tell him to STFU (I mean, i'd do it, if I wasn't 100% certain he'd break me in two). Because he's "big and soft and lovable" much of the time we're supposed to ignore his idiotic tendencies? He's lack of self-control cost the team last night. I'm just glad they were able to overcome it.
  15. Old man, look at my life I'm a lot like you were Old man, look at my life I'm a lot like you were Old man, look at my life Twenty four and there's so much more Live alone in a paradise That makes me think of two
  16. Then it comes to be that the soothing light at the end of your tunnel Was just a freight train coming your way
