We all wanted to believe that Daboll’s putrid tenure as NFL OC was due to poor personnel. While watching the game on Sunday I was disappointed by the lack of imagination/creativity and struck by how seldom the receivers were able to get open - which is a strong indication of scheme issues as much as it is (or perhaps more than) wide receiver talent limitation. Kurt Warner and Doug Farrar have confirmed my fears that Daboll might in fact stink.

Whenever a coach says “I have to look at the tape” it is a massive red flag. Because it’s 100% indicator that he lacks sufficient recall, which is incredibly important for a quality game manager. It shows that he’s not fully aware of what is going on during the course of a three-hour game. A person who isn’t aware will not make proper decisions - whether it be personnel, scheme adjustments, clock management, etc. It is a big problem, folks.

We are still paying Coleman’s bloated rookie contract. Decided to keep Robert “Can’t Catch A Cold” Foster instead. I’m sure this will turn out wonderfully for us.

So apparently Matt Stafford broke all of his ribs last possession but Darnold was kind enough to go over to the Lions sidelines and heal him with his hands. What a guy! A miracle worker both on and off the field.

If Foster reaches out and catches the ball with his hands like any WR who belongs on an NFL roster should do, it would not have hit the defender's back.

You have the All-22? And even if that was true, what does a slightly imperfect pass have to do with Foster's inability to make a play he should have?

Just watched the replay. A WR making a play on the ball by adjusting to it and catching it with his hands? Someone please warn @Sky Diver not to watch as his head will explode.

I'm not watching but based on Twitter Darnold is the greatest quarterback to ever grace the planet and we're all blessed by God to be witnesses. Is that true?
