  1. What makes you think Allen is better than Manuel or Losman? Suck is suck.
  2. But Allen isn't even close to his receivers. How do you "learn" how to throw a deep ball accurately? Tua is the best I've ever seen at throwing a deep ball. He didn't "learn" how. He's just naturally good at it.
  3. Fair enough. I just hate seeing this team waste a cake schedule - the likes of which we'll never see again - and a very good defense because once again the quarterback holds the team back.
  4. Growth? His QBR has plummeted. He's still near the bottom of the league in every QB category.
  5. Allen was very good in college. Where a player goes - coaching, scheme, surrounding talent - is much more significant than people talk about. No quarterback recruit with options chooses to play for Wyoming. Mahomes, Watson, Jackson are not "dominant college players" if they play at Wyoming. So for that reason I don't blame Beane for choosing Allen. Unfortunately, Allen is not progressing and his flaws are showing to be fatal at the NFL level.
  6. Allen is near the bottom of the league in almost every QB category. Yes, he is a bad quarterback.
  7. Obviously. Keep picking a QB until you get it right. I don't blame Beane for taking Allen. QB drafting is a crap shoot.
  8. How can anyone think a QB who can't come close to hitting on a long throw will be a great QB some day? If Bills lose to the Dolphins on Sunday then I 100% expect Barkley to start vs. the Broncos on 11/24.
  9. The offense is such a cluster f___. Unfortunately I don't ever see it getting better under McDermott. He has no idea what a good offensive coordinator looks like. 0 for 2. You don't get a third choice.
  10. Do you now see why the national media doesn’t talk about the Bills? It’s very easy to see if a team is legit or a pretender. At least when you’re not a fan.
  11. We don’t need to wait six days to answer that question.
  12. Do you honestly think that this team is capable of slaughtering anyone?
  13. Did the team look fired up at any point yesterday? Defense gave up a touchdown to begin the game and another to end the game. Offense are walking zombies. I don’t see it.
  14. That “low percentage play” has extremely high rewards and completely changes how opposing teams defend the offense. I don’t “want” to replace the quarterback. But when the quarterback is holding the franchise back, you have no choice. I don’t think Daboll or McDermott are worth hanging onto either. Daboll is in over his head and McDermott chose him - his second failed OC. He doesn’t get a third choice. I’m on the fence with Beane. Maybe he can get one more HC/QB chance.
  15. Those were big plays in 1979. Maybe.
  16. It’s not a thin straw. Allen’s complete inability to come close to his receivers on the deep ball is severely hurting this offense. There is no big play ability.
  17. Draft another quarterback. One who can hit the broad side of a barn 40 yards+ downfield. Keep drafting one until you hit. Allen ain’t it.
  18. Allen threw 19 incompletions - NINETEEN! - and you’re trying to claim that he only missed on two of them. That is a disturbing case of fanboyitis.
  19. So you’re saying he’s still hurt from a hit that happened last season?
  20. No way. Stop. Making. Lame. Excuses. For. Josh. Allen’s. Shittiness.
  21. What free agent wide receiver with options would in his right mind decide to come here and watch long throws sail 20 yards over his head time after time?
  22. Of course not. He’ll point to the 6-2 start and tell us the real fans understand that it takes five years or more to build a contender.
  23. Apparently the process entails playing for 53 field goal attempts when you have a kicker incapable of making field goals that distance.
