The Bills appear to have gotten over the L

Love it. Interesting song choice btw. It's ancient to these young pups. -
Boomer Esiason suggests the Bills should trade for Barkley
Wayne Arnold replied to Greg S's topic in The Stadium Wall
We had a Saquan Barkley on the practice squad. He moved to Charlotte. -
Same. This is one of the few exceptions.

Crying after knowing you're done for the year and can't be there for your teammates is one thing. This ain't it. This picture is shows the equivalent of a 5 year old getting a sliver on the playground. He's probably getting a second opinion because the Pats team doctors told him his ankle is fine and he'll be able to play this weekend and in light of the reaction to the injury it's too embarrassing.

Fins will still lose 7 or 8 games this year and finish the season irrelevant so I'm very skeptical that the rivalry is back.

Poor coaching by McDermott is becoming a theme
Wayne Arnold replied to Einstein's topic in The Stadium Wall
No one said anything about him being fired this season, to my knowledge. It's about the pressure on him going into 2023. -

Poor coaching by McDermott is becoming a theme
Wayne Arnold replied to Einstein's topic in The Stadium Wall
McDermott is already getting heat from some of the biggest national media figures (Cowherd, Florio)...after ONE LOSS. When you're the head coach of the Super Bowl favorites the pressure is on you. And people aren't going to forget 13 seconds. You don't live in reality if you think McDermott's seat won't be scorching hot if he falls short of expectations. -

Of course I do. It's the nature of the beast. Are you new to this? -

NFL Week #3 - Bills at the Dolphins - Post game thread
Wayne Arnold replied to BuffaloBill's topic in The Stadium Wall
Underrated play of the game was the ensuing kickoff/punt after the safety. The guy crushes a punt 73 yards and Crowder proceeds to take a dump, dancing around instead of just sprinting down the left sideline. Should've started the drive at around the 35-40 yard line. Instead, they start at the 23. That was huge. We need a better kick returner. Crowder ain't it. -

💯 McDermott was not the problem yesterday. All anyone has to do is watch Allen throw a grounder to a wide open McKenzie in the corner of the end zone for what should have been the game-winning score to realize that player execution was the reason for the loss. -

If the Bills don't at the very least reach the Super Bowl this season then McDermott's seat is going to be scorching hot heading into 2023. -
Time for Beane to "break glass in case of emergency"?

Brandon Beane addresses the coaches and players just before today's film review. -

You had a problem with the shotgun. They ran twice, threw twice. If Allen doesn't completely shank his pass attempt to a wide open McKenzie then they are 3-0. -

Poor coaching by McDermott is becoming a theme
Wayne Arnold replied to Einstein's topic in The Stadium Wall
You decided to change your argument in the middle of the argument. Going from "Bills should not be going shotgun from the opponent's 1 yard line" to "Bills should be running from the 1 yard line, not passing". -

Wayne Arnold replied to Einstein's topic in The Stadium Wall
Oof. The point is that an NFL team is more likely to score a touchdown from the opponent's 1 yard line out of shotgun than they are from under center. And considering a team with an emergency practice squad center is significantly more likely to fumble the ball snapping from under center than it is snapping from shotgun, the evidence is overwhelming that snapping from the shotgun is the correct call. -

Take the L here. With a brand new center, a fumble is significantly more likely under center than it is in shotgun. Especially in 2022. -
Cowherd killing Bills coaching in his monologue
Wayne Arnold replied to zow2's topic in The Stadium Wall
This doesn't make much sense to me. His size and strength are fine. Otherwise he'd never sniff the NFL. Would have trouble beating OLinemen in a footrace. -

Singletary's lack of foot speed really hurts.
