  1. It's a pretty big deal for an NFL GM to say something like that. It's like an executive of Papa John's making a public statement "I personally don't think humans are supposed to eat pizza. Oh by the way, keep eating pizza you fat suckers." It's not only bad for the brand, but it makes Whaley look like a deplorable person for willingly continuing to make his living signing players on to participate in a sport that he believes "human beings aren't supposed to play" because it's so hazardous to their long-term health. It's one more example in a list of many of Whaley making himself look extremely unintelligent and unqualified for the position he currently holds. Funny you mention Tim Horton's because that's exactly where I was thinking. But not their coffee. When I take my kids there we need to literally sit and wait at least 15 minutes blowing on their mac-n-cheese before they're able to eat it. It's as if they take it directly from the fiery pits of hell. No idea if they have *CAUTION: HOT* labeled on the container.
  2. You should care if you are a Bills fan. One more example of our challenged GM putting his foot in his mouth.

  4. He has the most physical ability and potential, and he's still young. But you're right in that he's been awful even when healthy.
  5. And NFL GM's are always right! I'm not "assuming" anything. I'm simply talking probabilities. I hope Taylor can improve but from Week 1 to Week 17 he never really showed much improvement with regard to his pocket awareness (my biggest concern with him), anticipation throws and mid-range throwing accuracy. It's also extremely unlikely that Taylor will continue to connect on deep throws at the rate he did in 2015 - unless Taylor really is the best deep thrower in the NFL. Bills were lucky that their two worse starters (by far) were the only ones to suffer injury. Their backups were actually better. Hopefully we see (massive) improvement from both Miller and Henderson.
  6. Roman was able to hide many of Taylor's deficiencies in 2015 and that's unlikely to happen for a second straight season. It's also rare for an entire starting OLine unit to go through all 16 games unscathed like they did in 2015. Odds are the team will suffer at least one if not two injuries there and our depth isn't good at all.
  7. Unfortunately I think Clayton is right in general. I don't think the defense regressed, but I don't expect Taylor to repeat the same efficiency he did in 2015. Defense could take a step forward, but the offense will likely take a least a couple steps back, imo.
  8. Future captain for the Jets games as well.
  9. He felt the backlash and lack of interest from other teams, realized he had no leverage whatsoever, and decided the best plan of action is to walk back to Philly with his tail between his legs.
  10. Yeah, my guess is he wasn't too crazy about the idea of playing Tackle.
  11. Slauson isn't signing here (or anywhere) to be insurance. He's a starter. It's ridiculous to think the Bills believe Mills is a better option than a player of Slauson's level. They wouldn't have brought him in if they didn't think he was going to be the new starter at RT. My guess is the Bills told him they wanted him to play RT, to which he said "Ok, then I want a long-term contract comparable to the top half of the tackles in this league." Buffalo would have trouble with that. So he left.
  12. Henderson is the backup LT. Kouandjio backs up Mills at RT. *cries*
  13. Oh, no. Rex is getting large again. Looks like his brother has not been a good influence in that regard.
  14. Yes. Otherwise he wouldn't be visiting.
  15. Was hoping Max Valles and Nick O'Leary would be included. Valles in particular is a young guy that could use extra training and instruction. Hoping he earns the backup ROLB job behind Hughes this year.
  16. I thought the WILL/JACK was on the weakside (right of the MLB).
  17. Who are the non-rookie players participating? Nick O'Leary? Dez Lewis? Max Valles? Cedric Reed? Jonathan Dowling? James Wilder? Blake Annen? etc.
  18. Awesome! I loved that movie as a kid but feel like I'm the only one who knows it. It's from the early 90's Chevy Chase movie Funny Farm. A married couple move from the city into the country and have a rough time with the transition. The "cue the deer" scene is near the end of the movie when they're desperately trying to sell their house in order to move back into the city and are using various tricks to make their home look better than it is to prospective buyers.
  19. It's not you, it's me. No, I'm lying. It's you.
  20. If you think Lynch was mediocre then you're beyond help and we have nothing left to discuss here. Nice retort.
  21. Of course he's a Hall of Famer. Marshawn played for about as long as any running back in the NFL should be playing and likely will be playing going forward considering the injuries players of that position suffer (especially to the head). He will absolutely be in Canton.
  22. Our new starting Right Tackle if we can land him. Fingers crossed.
  23. He's a Jets homer. Always trashing the Bills on CBS. I don't trust him.
