  1. I don't assume anything, I just wouldn't be surprised if a Jewish person would feel a bit off when someone calls you a Jew because you have a "big nose."
  2. Fitz is either legendary (FitzMagic) or a disaster (Shitzpatrick). There's never an in between. Obviously, we got FitzMagic. On steroids.
  3. http://www.si.com/nfl/2016/09/08/colin-kaepernick-anthem-protest-muslim-rumors Derogatory terms can be hurtful and contribute to the continuation of a segregated, prejudiced society for minorities. In your situation you probably wouldn't be offended but Jewish people probably would be depending on the context and situation.
  4. Kaep is not Muslim. Therefore, calling him a Muslim is derogatory. It implies that anyone willing to make a sacrifice by (peacefully) protesting an American tradition must be Muslim. Either that, or he has physical features that he/she perceives to be the same as those who practice the religion of Islam.
  5. It's a joke. Meant to comically point out the absurdity of extreme patriotism in Murica. Amirite?
  6. You've obviously never spent much time in Georgia.
  7. Seems like they came to Orchard Park seeking out any bit of racist, anti-Kaepernick acts they could report and this was the worst they could find. Pretty weak.
  8. Never understood why posters have to get personal. I'm sure everyone here sounds like geniuses when speaking.
  9. No. How is this relevant?
  10. Josh McDaniels will never come here. But it's a good thought. We need a creative offensive mind. As long as it is accompanied by a good, experienced NFL defensive coordinator.
  11. Cardale Jones #tankalizing
  12. I would take the 3rd pick in the draft and have my choice of Deshaun Watson or DeShon Kizer. Or I would trade it and load up on draft picks in order to pay a King's Ransom for the #1 pick in the 2018 Draft - Lamar Jackson.
  13. "No comment" to every question?
  14. He can't. Press conferences are mandatory for NFL coaches. But you know what is not mandatory? You listening to them.
  15. You're all a bunch of babies.
  16. lol yeah good luck with that.
  17. When a player goes from very poor to very poor, does it matter if he technically "regressed" or not? Bottom line: it's not good enough.
  18. His experience and exposure to many different offensive systems, his success as an NFL offensive coordinator, his performance as head coach in his one season for the Raiders, how he conducts himself in interviews, his intensity/energy, and praise from coaches and players who have worked with him over the years. I don't do gut feelings.
  19. Stats can be extremely misleading. He's been painfully slow with his reads and misfires on short-to-medium passes way too often. Hope he can turn it around but judging the first two games alone, he has regressed.
  20. This season is a throw-away. They're tanking for picks. Talk to me in two years.
  21. Seeing too many fluff words in this thread Identity Foundation Workable management system Culture It's all a bunch of crap. Have a good quarterback, creative schemes and game plans, make smart coaching decisions based on statistical analysis, and you'll win. Period. All of those fancy fluff words come AFTER the wins. Not before. Those are the end result of success, not the cause.
  22. Marrone is also unintelligent, had no concept of statistical analysis and was incapable of making smart decisions quickly. Besides that he was great (sarcasm).
  23. Gailey is an excellent football mind but doesn't quite have what it takes to be a successful head coach. There's something missing there. Not sure he commands respect from all of the players. Too nice, maybe? For example, his post-game locker room speeches always felt awkward.
  24. Yep. If the Pegula's had listened to me and just hired Hue Jackson as HC and kept Schwartz as the DC then we wouldn't be in this clusterf. That said, I do think there's a chance this can be turned around.
