Tyrod was pressured a few times but in general he has a habit of making the OLine's pass protection look worse than it actually is because he loves hanging on to the ball.
If Tyrod was good yesterday then Dennison is completely incompetent and should be fired now.
Because if you can only coordinate an offense to scoring 3 points on a day where your quarterback played well and you have generally the same personnel that has led the league in rushing the last two seasons, then you're not cut out for this.
Shaq was double teamed on the play (as he was for much of the day) and Brown blitzed up the middle, causing Newton to step up and attempt to scramble up the middle but Shaq had the hole plugged and took him down by the ankles.
Hughes had the best day but Lawson put as much pressure on Cam as anyone. A sack, forced a hold penalty, several hurries. Yarbrough looked good but his role is to only play on passing downs, so he has a lot of energy to simply go at the quarterback.
He wouldn't be throwing it back over the middle. Taylor could have lobbed it under-hand to the left hash over the two defenders into O'Leary's arms he was so open.
Say what you want about Jordan Matthews but he led the Eagles WR's in receiving the last two seasons. He's not some bum off the street. And Jones is very talented. Are they a below average unit when compared to the rest of the league? Sure. But not to the point of completely debilitating the offense.
You're under the assumption that the receivers aren't getting open because Taylor isn't throwing the ball. But we know from watching Tyrod these last 2+ seasons that the problem with Tyrod isn't the throws he makes but the throws he doesn't attempt.
Peterman was extremely underrated in college. Watching Pitt play this season, it's become quite obvious that Peterman carried the Pitt program on his back while he was there.
Those are his stats. But if you actually watched him play you'd understand why people are hopeful about him. He trusts what he sees and isn't afraid to pull the trigger.
I don't think he's ready to replace Tyrod yet but I also don't think the difference between the two is that wide.
The loser of the Super Bowl hasn't made it back to the big game since our Bills did it in 1993. The odds are overwhelmingly against the Falcons.
Without Rodgers the Packers are a perennial 3-13 team.
Zay Jones and Kaelin Clay have speed. KClay can be used the same way as Goodwin. I don't buy this excuse.
This guy?

I'm going to have to strongly disagree with this statement.

None of us have any sort of NFL HC experience and at least 90% of us still knew that he needed to call a timeout at the 0:46 mark after Tyrod scrambled.
On a more positive note, I am glad that he went for it on 4th down in the 3rd quarter.
How so? We just scored 3 points and are 1-1.
You're not understanding. We had a lack of talent at WR last season and still led the league in rushing. Glenn is struggling but I don't think one lineman is the difference between a top half offense and one of "the worst in the league."
If the offense is one of the worst in the league then Dennison should be fired and/or Taylor should be replaced.
Because like I said, it's basically the same personnel as last year when we had the #1 rushing offense in the league. Do you think this scheme is inferior?
Tyrod's poor decisions do not excuse McDermott's poor decisions. He's the head coach.
The head coach is the game manager (unless he hires one to do it for him, which in light of this game may not be a terrible idea).
Actually none of those things are facts.
