I knew some dumbass would completely miss the point and reply with someone like this.

It has nothing to do with any of that.

If nothing else, it shows that they will stick up for their teammates and are not gutless cowards.

Penalties??? The game was over.

Yeah, sure he did. If the shoe fits...

I don't even want playoffs anymore...

Dennison has to be fired. The fade call on 4th and goal from the 1 was all I had to see to know he's not smart enough to be a successful offensive coordinator at this level. -
To see Tre White get cheapshotted - a blow to the head/neck area that could (have) end(ed) the career of the potential NFL Defensive Rookie of the Year - and his teammates stand around and do absolutely nothing about it is the most pathetic display of indifference from a Bills team I've witnessed in my 30+ years of following this franchise. I don't care how big Gronk is or how little the Bills player is - every single Bill on the field at the time of the hit should have sprinted at Gronk and did what they could to make sure Gronk knows he can't do that to a Bill. Sure as hell not to our first-round pick who has likely been our best defensive player. And sure as hell not on New Era Field. Instead, they take it like the prideless, indifferent, cuckolds they are. Instead of jumping on Gronk's head, Preston Brown whines to the ref. His first instinct should be to dive on Gronk, tear his helmet off and beat his ugly face in until someone makes him stop. Instead, his first instict is to turn away and whine to the referee as if a 15 yard penalty there makes any difference whatsoever. I don't want a player like Preston Brown on my team. And he's not the only one - NO ONE went after Gronk for that. My heart goes out to Tre White. Not only because of his injury, but because he's surrounded by teammates who couldn't possibly care less about him. They are not his brothers. They're nothing more than fellow employees cashing a paycheck. White deserves better. Hell, we all deserve better. When will this franchise rid itself of players who just go through the motions?

Gronk can do what he wants. He and Brady own that stadium and everyone in it. He knows the Bills players aren't going to do anything about it.
-
I just lost all respect for the Bills players for not clearing the sidelines to go after Gronk for that ****. Absolutely pathetic.

You should be more upset that our kitty Bills players didn't retaliate. Gronk knows he can do what he wants and no one will do anything about it.

Apparently the offense is holding Tyrod back

Shhhhh you will upset the "None of it is Tyrods fault" crowd. -
Tyler Dunne: "Dennison Stays and Tyrod Goes"

I don't disagree, in theory. But you also have to consider - the offense stinks. -

No. Not with Marrone's and Hackett's scheme. You really think Tyrod is much if any better than Kyle Orton in a system like that? I do not. Greg Roman's system? Sure. I don't blame McDermott for not trusting Dennison to make the right play play call. And in the end he was right - they won. -

He's a game manager. Which can be fine if you have a dominant defense but if not then you don't stand a chance. . Fixing a defense takes years. Fixing a quarterback could take just one year. Obviously the chances are slim but you can't if you don't try. -

When he was hired by the Pats in 2000, Belichick completely turned over the defensive side of the roster with players that worked in his scheme before. He took over a team that hadn't had a losing record in five years with a defense that finished 9th and 16th in the previous two years and led it to 5-11 (21st in Defense) in his first season. Maybe Belichick wasn't a good coach until his defense was filled with players who knew his scheme and Tom Brady was the starting QB? -

Every coach runs the system he knows. No one throws out their play book because a player or two don't fit the scheme. They replace the player. That's the way it is and has always been. -

KWill, PBrown, Matthews, Gaines and LJohnson being the only significant ones. They can't be re-signed? -

I'm hoping for trades. They should probably keep Shady around for another season. -

The Bills are 6-5, not 0-11. What are you babbling about? Going into 2017, this team didn't have a terrible roster but definitely had a major cap issue. McDermott's and then Beane's goal was to relieve some of those cap problems by releasing or adjusting Taylor's contract and getting rid of the high-priced players that weren't playing up to the level of their contracts. At the same time, they could add high draft picks and attempt to break the playoff-less streak. To use your Rams example, I doubt LAR had the same cap issues. Beane and McDermott will likely continue the purging of high-priced players this offseason. Guys like Taylor, Glenn, McCoy and even Lawson could be gone. -

No doubt there are more issues than just quarterback. I'd like to see Dennison and Castillo both replaced after the New Year. They'll have to rebuild the OLine and they'll need to acquire some more running backs even if Shady returns in 2018. I do like the wide receiver corp of Benjamin, Jones and Matthews (if they re-sign him). There will be solid QB choices in free agency this offseason and we have two first rounders to work with to grab a potential franchise QB so I'm optimistic there. An upgrade at offensive coordinator is important. Once that's established, then it will depend on how well the quarterback fits in the new OC's system. I'm intrigued by Teddy Bridgewater. I'm sure there will be others available.
