Lol, I just know my limits. He certainly knows more than I do about this. I believe he is a very intelligent person. That's not a knock on me.? -

I agree with you. The last thing we need are thought police. I'm just speaking in general in regards to a government that has all consuming power and appears to be rotten to the core. How do you enforce laws on those who are supposed to uphold it? Something is broken, I'm not intelligent enough to have the answer. But I do know enough to see what works and what doesn't. You're much smarter than I am. I would love to hear your opinion. -

How can you have due process when the accussed are so powerful, that laws don't apply to them? In a perfect world, what you stated, makes perfect sense. But in the real world everything isn't so black and white. Sometimes you need to do what's best for the country when the guilty are so powerful that nothing can touch them. We wouldn't be a free nation if we never went to war with england. Sometimes the law isn't working. Changes have to be made. People need to pay for the crimes they committed. I'm not advocating violence in any way. It's never the answer. I'm just afraid they will find a scapegoat to take the fall and the guilty will walk away. I've seen to much of that in my lifetime to think that laws will protect us. They don't, unless you have money or power. It really sickens me...... -
And very bitter.

I'm sure you're a great dad EII. I remember being that age soooo many years ago. 17 is probably on the high side for a 19 year old. I think the reason mine is so low might be from anxiety pills I take. I really don't feel anything on them.

I've been saying that for a long time. He is what he claims others are. He's a clintonbot. Not a very smart one, but he is paid to troll. That's why he still lives in his mother's basement.

Should Tomi Lahren be attacked
outsidethebox replied to /dev/null's topic in Politics, Polls, and Pundits
Do you think old wrinkle bags like Pelosi, hillary and the cast of the view are any less serious about spreading their terrible agendas? Stop being such a partisan hack and see the devil for what it is. On both sides. -

Evil: tough to define? Hate: easily defined?
outsidethebox replied to OCinBuffalo's topic in Politics, Polls, and Pundits
We're all capable of evil, whether you act out on it is a personal choice. Evil is as real as you or I. Is evil a mental illness? Can it be controlled by medication? Can we ever be free from the dark thoughts we carry deep inside? Hate on the other hand is an emotion. It maybe a distant cousin of evil. But in itself, hate is not evil. I believe, in my own limited capacity, believe hate is likea wildfire. It can burn out of control, until it eventually dies out. Still smoldering, waiting for the next dry spell to reignite it. Evil is something different. True evil is indifferent. It doesn't need hate. You can make a case true evil has no emotion whatsoever. In fact, I bet we would be hard pressed to recognize true evil when you come across it. Unlike hate, which you pretty much can recognize it immediately. I would say hate is easier to define than evil. But that's just my opinion. ? -
