That's a hard question. SecState is quite a bit of a difference from President. If he had execute the responsibilities of the position then fine. If not... What are they planning on doing with Hillary? VP? God knows at least she wouldn't gaff every time she opened her mouth the way Biden does.

It's not that I don't see how the Broncos won those games. I totally agree that the defense and Prator (sp) are the unsung heroes. But what I'm getting at with opportunity meets preparation is that Tebow was able to use what the defense gave him. That's the mark of a good team. Everyone is able to play their part and use the opportunities when they arise. That was something Tebow did very well. I think we still have to reserve judgment on whether or not he's a good QB though until the end of next season. If that's the system the Broncos use then Tebow plays his part in it very well. Remember I'm not all hyping up Tebow here. I'm just saying that he was able to do what he was asked to do this year. And I agree, the whole team has to be acknowledged not just Tebow. The whole TEAM did a great job turning around their season and making the playoffs.

It's not that I don't see how the conservative model does move the economy. It's the fact that it sends it into overdrive and ends with a huge crash. The progressive model has slower, regulated, and more sustained growth.

That seems to be his thought process. As far as I can tell he has about as much experience in economics as I do. Though I don't have a degree on the subject I have spent a great deal of time reading up on it and gaining knowledge on how it works. As well as I have had people explain things in Psych and Soc. that I still hadn't learned even though they don't have degrees on the subject. The difference is that I am still willing to learn. As well as plenty of statistics classes. And economy is, as I'm sure you know, measured with statistics. Had I made the choice now I might have gone into it as a major considering how interested I've become on the subject and the amount I've read into it. Care to tell us what your credentials are. P.S. I will admit that you have a point in bringing up credentials since I was the one that opened the door on it.

I tend to agree more with the fact that Tebow was a product of luck. However, luck is what happens when opportunity meets preparation. You have to admit the guy knows how to win. The real test for him is coming next year when teams have a whole season's worth of film on him to study.

I think the Unemployment rate is a load of **** unless you count the people who have given up looking for work. If we were to count them though you would see a drop in the unemployment rate from something like 13.1% to 13% I think the BLS should just use that standard. Or they should just take out the L and be the BS. Yes, those people did exist in my world. And yes oil prices are going to kill the recovery. That would be reason #1247 why we need to get off oil.

I'll tell you what I think. If more people decide to come back into the workforce due to the pickup in the economy unemployment will top 9%. What we want to look at is jobs created at this point. If the economy is creating jobs we're on the right path.
