  1. Here's a little history on the chick(s) that "wussed" out the band, and some other tidbits. Christine Perfect (Mcvie) a blues artist who was in another unheralded British band called Chicken Shack (Stan Webb guitar) joined Mac in late 69 or early 70. An album(s) worth seeking out for British blues lovers is "Christine Perfect" Or early chicken shack LP's Christine joined several years when the group (Mac) was still a blues band.Several great albums before Nicks/Buckingham joined and the band went from Blues based to pop on purpose. She eventually quit for several reasons. One of them being musical direction. Along with wanting to get away from the coke/alcohol addicted members John Mcvie her husband, and Mick Fleetwood. The band was piss poor until the well conceived Rumors came out$$. Before Fleetwood Mac got their first recording contract they gigged under their original name Peter Green's Fleetwood Mac. Peter was the musical power & genius behind the early music. Greenies well documented melt down eerily similar to Syd Barrett of Pink Floyd actually happened around the time he recorded OH Well. Its a personal song for him. Soon afterword he stopped clipping his fingernails so people like Clapton would quit calling and wanting to gig with him. He grew them out a few inches they were bizarre. His arranged comeback in the 90's until present has produced many decent albums under the name Peter Greens Splinter group. His voice is there, sadly live his original licks on his trademark 59 les paul (oh well being a show stopper) are played by another guitarist in the band. Perfectly I might add. Pete Green fanatics should seek out "End of the Game" an instrumental album he recorded after quitting and already melting down on LSD(it's jazz based and recorded on the fly).If you like wah wah pedals, that lp is for you. He also put out before forming Peter Greens fleetwood Mac "The Green Brothers" With him and his brother on keyboards. His very early legendary work with John Mayall needs no explanation.
  2. Probably that cheap Mexican dirt weed is the culprit.
  3. When it comes to racism in rust belt cities, my experience is Buffalo leads the pack!
  4. I played tennis a lot a long time ago.Still, I don't feel I am qualified to comment on the game itself. However, I will as an observer only can say, I have never seen a woman tennis player who doesn't have great legs!
  5. Wow, swearing in a bar. Who would have thunk it. I never heard of such behavior in Buffalo at a bar or a game in front of kids. We should nuke that place.
  6. Meh, face eating is in this summer. LSD, etc. are so 20th century.
  7. I don't know but the Ryan Bros are both high on my list. Granted their not players though.
  8. Billy Joe Hobert will always be a top 3 bust in Bills lore. How do you fake knowing a playbook? Problem was the coaching was so inept even they had no clue. He should have been charged with a felony, for stealing Ralph's cash.
  9. ^^This. No problem with fitz but Eli can get it done.
  10. Most likely Brady would be battling Trent Edwards for the #3 slot on the Eagles this year. Signing for vet minimum and still single.
  11. Well, hindsight being 20/20 Dez Bryant would be the player I would prefer today as a Bill, Fred still is the man though. CJ had a nice 4 game audition last year. He passed the test and we saw improvement with him running between the tackles (whoever they were at the time). Spiller has shown improvement since being drafted. I have never been entirely convinced that Nix reason for drafting him was to screw over San Diego who also wanted him. Still,he's a top 10 pick going into year 3 that hardly anyone outside of Buffalo and the AFCE has even heard of. Here's to hoping that Gailey finally realizes that he has 2 potent running backs.T.Choice should ride the pine unless one of them gets injured.
  12. Good one. Funny, not a single Wall st. banker arrested. Oops, that's right they take the 5th.
  13. The Eastern Bloc Babes deserve a lot of attention. Especially some of the tennis players. Is that an Olympic sport? Who cares I guess.
  14. This was kind of discussed in another thread. Here's a recap as I understand it. Rounds1-2 are paid pretty well yet with the new CBA. Rounds 4-7 not so much. Round 3 is in limbo so a lot of #3's are not signed. As someone else said it really is all about couch change though. Granted a millionaires couch but not a lot of $$$$ here.
  15. I guess some are waiting for him to play his first regular season NFL game ever, before getting excited.
  16. I'm wondering on something I've heard regarding the Saints GM wired up in his booth with capabilities too hear the opposing side lines radio communications? What I've heard is he said it was strictly for a local radio feed of the games? Really? It seems this whole thing has been buried, so maybe it was BS. What did the local news rags have to say? I found it interesting that the rumor got no traction that I saw with the talking heads.
  17. We should have been copying the Giants in 08 after they whacked the cheatriots with almost the same front. Better late than never.
  18. I guess my point is sportsmanship. My thought on most people agreeing is this. He was warned (by the coach),got flagged (for celebrating), and was pulled from the game (team first his first priorty?). A meaningless game for sure. But, he could have won the game for us to? Burress is a tool. Mocking him in the locker room is fine but, when were in his house?? I would argue against it. You have to wonder if the situation was reversed? GO BIlls!
  19. Dude, I'm not defending an idiot. Imitating one is a little stupid, and imature, as most people would agree with.
  20. They weren't allowed to in the past.
  21. Disagree, he's not even the face of the offense (fred Jax) much less the franchise. He single handidly has lost a game each of the past two seasons with a big time clutch drop. He's got a ways top go to be the face of the franchise. Humor isn't making fun of an opposing player shooting himself in the leg. Just sayin.
  22. Facemask aside, I wish Tuck was a Bill.
  23. On Merriman I agree. But for the chargers it was a salary dump too. For the Giants,I don't think they would have saved 250K by just putting him on IR? Poor management decision? the don't screw with us policy I believe is outdated (unfortunately) with all the younger GM's, executives, and coaches .Profits still the bottom line for ownership and executive management. But every team has pressure to win and win big. Didn't Nix's ex team scoop up Meechum in a Buffalo Hotel room while he was here on the Bills dime?I just don't see a big deal on Bellicheat scooping him off waivers and paying the guy his 2012 contract? The old guard seems to be fading or maybe I just view it that way. Deals like how we ended up with Bennett just don't happen anymore. Coughlins feelings are the last thing Bellicheat cares about. That said I hope his move crashes and burns on him.
  24. Zero sleeze. Merriman and the Bills knew his injury history when he was signed after clearing waivers 2 years ago. Plus Merriman is payed a Kings Ransom too cheerlead. Ballard's salary is I've heard around 700k this year. Chump change in the NFL for a guy with potential. No one uses TE's like Bealicheat. I don't get the big deal on this? Exactly!!
