GE is a guy who somehow too me anyhow has flown under the radar. I was pissed when SNL canned him. BTW, his instrument collection is epic. A few years back he did a quick tour with Jorma Kaukonen, at first I was a little disaapointed because they were playing acoustic only. After awhile I realized GE can simply play any style known to man. His knowledge of obscure blues tunes and being able to tell thier story is simply amazing. GE can plug into any guitarists sound, etc. on the planet. And In some cases play it better. Certainly Waters was well aware of that when he hired him.

No i didn't say or mean to imply that at all. I used 2 examples Barry Bonds, and Lance Armstrong. I did say that PED's are a epidemic now,but don't believe everyone above average is necassarily abusing them. But lets face it they are huge. Just ask the A's and the Giants on why their post season may have just went down the drain because of ped's. The use of PEDS is a epedimic in all sports. But, really does it matter anymore? It is just a form of entertainment. I went and watched Bonds in his last year. At least 40 games in SF. Everyone knew he was juiced, and as important a douche. But, it was fun watching pitchers jam him and Bonds knocking it into the drink. It was entertaining and i got my $$$$ worth. What segment of sports, or business, or politics isn't filled with phonies, and cheaters anymore? I'm used to it now.

Maybe my sarcasm meter needs a new battery, but neither is the answer. Fitz a backup at 9 mil a year? VY a starter? Gailey has shown his hand that there clearly is no plan B on the roster. and if Fitz craps the bed this year, it could end Gailey's head coaching career on any other team. I am a VY fan and support Fitz as a starter. But history tells us it could get real ugly fast. While getting to 10-6 would be a good season (for the Bills) neither could take the team to the point of finally building a trophy case for a Lombardi. This team needs a young viable quarterback in the draft preferebly a first rounder. I seem to remember a lot of people laughing at Myami "reaching" for Tanny, he holds out for awhile, and the kid ends up a starter. Of course his career is yet TBD. The rebuilding is not over, we need receivers, lbackers, others YTBD. and most importantly a quarterback. And if the team sucks this year I can already hear ralph saying yet again to "be patient". Or a new one it's a "5 year plan". Because Nix and Gailey aren't going anywhere until Ralph passes.

My sources are saying the trade is for the Broncos starting quarterback and 3 number ones, for Andrew Luck. Apparently Luck isn't happy with the Colts and mentioned the losing mentality there.

I always felt if the Bills left the Steelers would become my team. Bonus: they already own a 6 pack of Lombardi's.
