Clearly he is confused and could use some fan help here. Although everything you state is pretty obvious, he needs help and pronto.

I like Mario, but those post game comments sure sounded like a big 'ol bottle of whine to me. Not cool for an elite DE. Like a lot of people have said. Deck the scrub and take a 15 yard penalty. The late pre-season quarterback panic was very reminiscent of a previous regimes move to abandon the "no huddle" (LOL) chit can the OC, cut the starting LT days before the opener. Didn't that HC get canned that same season? Anyhow, personally it needs to happen again. The sooner the better. This ship is rudderless. Gailey may lose the locker room early this year. We will win our fair share of games, and Fitz may even get a game ball or 2. In the end he doesn't have the sack to get us to and win even a single play off game. And, isn't that a huge expectation this season? Also, Fitz's Harvard background BS has grown very tiresome.

Does anyone really think Gailey or Wannastache would be in their respective positions ANYWHERE else in the league? The league figured Gailey out by last mid-season. Does he adjust? No. So when he opens the 2012 season with the same crap, with the same crap players. (this is for you Fitz, and anyone not wearing #13). Rex must have crapped his drawers,he had to be saying this is going to be way easier than we expected. The game proved it. Rex went into soft coverage at the 2nd half kickoff. He was that confident. If nothing changes wait until Bellicheat* sees us on the field. It will be a slaughter. We need a new head coach period. This guy is at the bottom of his limited bag of tricks. We have improved the roster enough that a competent coaching staff after getting rid of several starters could make the team winners. No tear down and rebuild needed. Just a coach willing to gamble on a historically bad franchise. Harbarugh made a smart decision not coming here. It would have destroyed him. But man look what he has done with the 49ers. Amazing how a young coach can figure it out so quickly.

You could see, feel, and hear the momentum building as the game progressed. Finally making them punt during the 2nd half was a highlight.The Bills are a work in progress, and will get better every game. I predict their gelling by week 14. So then we take our 2-14 record and......... You don't know what you have till it's gone. Who would of thought the Dick ball years. Would be the highlight of a new century of Bills football so far.

That would be an anomaly based on his recent half+ year of playing, and really his whole career. Nothing about the guy says winner, clutch or consistent. This little confidence building experiment by Gailey, by not having anyone to challenge him for his job has failed. Also set the team back a couple of years. Can anyone argue that Fitz has upside? Where? This game was simply an extension of the Pats* thrashing of the Bills,during last seasons last game.

It's fun just watching 2 competent NFL teams playing at the same time.
