  1. Gailey is only a great offensive mind during the off-season here. When the bullets start flying during a season what we have witnessed for 2+ seasons is what we get. Megamind my arse.
  2. Fracking, shmacking. I currently live in a town where you CANNOT Recycle plastic bags. In the garbage and too the landfill they go.
  3. I don't know how much Nolan has elevated his "game" but he was a major douche in SF. No thanks.
  4. You're Dead wrong here. Of all the optimism on boards after his signing, never did anyone put those expectations on Mario. Hell, no one expected that of Bruuuuce. When you sign the richest defensive contract in league history it does come with expectations. Manning in Denver is at least living up to his hype and playing the game with passion. Also, most understand he at this point in his career is not the best QB out there. Still the Broncos seem to be getting what they payed for. And, the guy is coming off a major injury. His love and passion for ther game is evident. Williams ? Not so much. Like many others I had high expectations of Williams, his highlight reel from the Texans was played to death. Funny thing is with 25% of the season over. Not a SINGLE play to date resembles his work in Houston . Against the Pats* he had zero passion and looked like a 3rd string chump. He never attempted when I focused on him, to shed a single block. I saw one inside spin move and he still was 10 yards from Brady. Screw this "gelling" crap, the wrist, (stunningly absent from the weekly injury report.) the pectoral injury from a year ago (BFD its healed). The hands to the face mask. All of it. Why defend a guy who got to where he is by NOT having excuses. Everyone here expected dominate play from the #1 defensive free agent in this years class. Sacks I could care less but a just a little disruption against mediocre o-lines would be nice. This may be the biggest bust in the history of the team. I hope the guys proves his huge and growing list of detractors wrong. At least the team can bail at the 50 mil point.
  5. Maybe he finally watched film of who will be lining up on the other side of the ball this Sunday?
  6. JMO but I think the guy needs to get out of the booth and ride towards the sunset.
  7. Are you sure about this? I feel better already!
  8. If you followed the WHOLE career of Bonds. You would see he hit a chitload of them (hundreds actually) before he hit the juice, and really it's just entertainment who cares anymore. Everyone did/does it. I personally (his personality aside) loved the juiced Bonds. He was feared. And for the life of me never understood why he hit the juice. Most likely he was pissed at McGuires HR record and that's the reasoning. Watching M. Williams through game 4, I see no fear from opposing tackles. Granted he is accounted for but he is not bringing it period. Maybe he needs a decent barca lounger to go with his new fridge? Bonds are sitting empty now in storage.
  9. I think it's a bit more complicated than the flutie/johnson thing. In fact lately when they mention meddling owners, Ralph's name never comes up. Unlike the Snyder, Jones. If you look at the owner of the Bills 52+ year history. Winning never seemed to be the one and most important thing. Unlike say the Rooney families team. I think the whole Bills historical performance rate is something that holds more weight for A list candidates. Coming to the Bills without control for a guy coming out of the college ranks could ruin their one big shot. That said, Ralph please..... offer Chip Kelly 20 million a year for 5 years. (that might get him here) Then, us fans will be hoisting our first Lombardi by year 3. Heck, I'd even settle for Mike leach. C. Kelly's current biotch. Unlike a lot of posters here, making the playoffs does nothing for me. Unless we can go deep. We would get out butts wiped in any wild card game opponent with this years team, as it is playing now. But more importantly the piss poor coaching is keeping this team in limbo. Were 2 years away from the bumbling Bills, then 2 more away from the bickering Bills at the rate this team is improving. Farting around with quarterbacks that less face it might be unemployed if not for the Bills is getting us nowhere. We got a nucleus now, a hot younger coach from the college ranks could turn this around quickly.
  10. I forget who it was from the pats* But he was asked on a tv interview what the pats* locker room was like at the half. His reply was something like "there was no emotional ra ra speech. it was quiet. We said to each other we need to take care of business in the second half". When the Bills run into actual professional NFL franchises, there is no need for the opponent to panic. The Bills not only lack a killer instinct but simple passion, and emotion are nowhere to be found. Fred & Kyle gets a big time pass though. SJ13 is IMO not yet a "leader".
  11. Seriously, at what point do some sober up from the kool-aid?
  12. Gailey: I don't know what happened. We had a great practice Friday and a great walk through at the stick on Saturday. I'm going to review the tape because this is unacceptable. Dave is doing his job and I stand behind him. We just need to get healthy again, and I can understand the fans frustrations. I thought our long snapper did a great job in such a noisy stadium though.
  13. It can be. My kid had permission several years ago to shoot wild hogs on a pear farm in Clearlake ca. That stuff was tasty.
  14. Maybe next year the Jets can sign McKelvin and rehab him, and his image.
  15. Hey Mario, When you're in SF give Ronnie Lott a buzz and ask him what he would have done with something like say a finger injury before a game back when he played. Talk about frustrating. BTW,I feel bad about the wrist injury, and that mean scrub tackle from the jets mauling you in week 1. Keep your chin up and Get well soon.
  16. 3-13? Anyhow, it's easier traveling right to left coast for football teams. That said nothing rational ever works for the Bills. Now with at least a few good players, our sub-par coaching is glaring. Bills 14-12. Cheered on by the 1500+ Bills fans that will be in attendance. Mario's healed boo boo will no longer be an excuse. Bills will get 5 sacks. The stat crowd will go insane.
  17. Maybe that works where you live. Where we currently reside said thief will end up the guest of honor at a blanket party. Cameras are alive and well.
  18. Going strong? he was just warming up!
  19. Cronyism! This has been obvious since Gailey came here, with coaches and players. You really have to wonder just how involved wanastache was last year. because the defense really is not improved period. I'm sure the dynamic duo will have a couple of good moments this year. But these guys in the end will take this team nowhere. Beating other teams full of suck is not what anyone was waiting for. The jets and pats* nightmares have told us all we need to know
  20. AWESOME. That was the game when Fitz was miked up. Lewis pancaked him and was getting up slow. fitz's response? "get off me B word". I always had respect for Fitz's toughness, too bad he can't play.
  21. Your Host near Bills grill was a young drunks paradise back in the day. Most of us were broke and waiting for our letter from big Dick to serve. Fries with gravy after a full shift at the bar were like 50 cents.
