Trade for Jason Campbell
Best Player Available replied to DallasBillsFan1's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Jason Cambell would still be the raiders QB if not for that hair brained trade for Palmer that got the coach fired. Even as a backup his stock price is too high. We could have got him cheap, the Bills went with Thigpen. -
Buddy Nix is the problem
Best Player Available replied to NastyNateSoldiers's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
The DT fell in his hands. Really he had to take dareus. Look closely who has stuck with the team in his drafts. Then look at who he drafted, is still on the roster, and what they are contributing. it's not as good as one would think. We don't even have a single NFL linebacker. barnett included. Nix's greatest success building this team has been hitting on a couple of dumpster dive talents in 2011. They currently play on the o-line when not injured. -
He's to pissed off he was used simply as a pawn. The Rooney rule is the only reason he got interviewed, he worked for the Bills, he saw it live. Why on earth would he come back? I don't think the Bills will be the only option for Fewell as a HC in the future. he can wait it out. Chip Kelly. Nuff said

Put the long snapper in, and move Wood over too RG. -
Buddy Nix is the problem
Best Player Available replied to NastyNateSoldiers's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
The problem is NIX. Not having a viable #2 quarterback falls squarely on his shoulders. Any other team in the league would have pulled their Quarterback in a situation like yesterday. The defense may have lost the game for the team. But, the offense put up 3 points! They signed another chump who isn't even active for games. yet we have a "kick-off specialist" taking a roster spot. Nix is Gailey's boss he shoulders the blame for Gailey, and the players he assembled. He's an old man who never was a GM before. It shows. -
I know how you guys feel

The Packers are a team with NFL players and NFL coaches. The Bills have neither. -
Who will be HC next year?
Best Player Available replied to Dragonborn10's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Yea, I could see him leaving the Bay area to go coach the worst franchise in sports. XL career move! -
What is your point man? Your crusade is foolish and garners you zero respect for what your posting. Could it be as simple as you just bought a new fitz jersey and your pissed?

seriously.. whats wrong with the D
Best Player Available replied to markgbe's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
The head coach has too. These past 2 defeats are some of the worst defense played in the franchises history. Actually according to ESPN possibly in league history. 1200 yards in 2 games. Unreal. -

Hmmm, what are the winters like in Indiana? -
My favorite story from the blue angels was at the Marina. Back then you could actually park anywhere on the grass. Some guy had a van, was on top of it with a camera on a tri-pod. He had to be in full zoom. The Angels flew overhead and the dude jumped off the top of the van. He broke his arm or something close, since he thought they were crashing. . People around there who saw that were peeing their pants.

You didn't offend me. However, know what you're talking about when you try posting what you may perceive as fact.. SF is not the home of the largest gay population in the US.Nor is the most "gay friendly" I'll guess P-Town NYC, and Key West based on the ratio of gay/straight blow SF out of the water. Fact Is I could give you a whole day tour go to numerous sites, bars, and places too eat without seeing a single gay person. I raised 2 kids in SF. One still lives there. They are straight. I am no bleeding heart liberal, in spite of where I used to live for 32 years. SF is and always has been very tolerant of cultures, ethnic people, different views, and political tolerance (lately to a fault) and yes gays. The myth that SF is a huge rainbow flag, a city bursting with Gay people and only gay people is a myth only promoted by bigots and the uninformed. I'm not saying that is your view. But it's a perception that's wrong. Say what you want about what some moronic mayor or city council does, truth is people simply don't give a **** as much as one would think. Lil Donte, Alienate the fan base? LOL. Those cheese eating wine sipping band wagoners could care friggin less I assure you. -

Well, time to move this pathetic thread, and let the pros dissect it. -
That may be true. But this team has zero success for the 21st century. It's not like the team just missed last year and is expected to do big things. Yea, to many the team won the off season. But In the NFL landscape the Bills are invisible and most painful the laughing stock, yet again, with the talking heads. Even though there are several teams way more pathetic than the Bills. No one outside of the Bills fanbase cares. WE are invisible except to be the brunt of jokes (Big shout out to Boomer for keeping his trap shut thus far). A inner chit storm would really register a zero on the leagues talking heads. Most people know what is wrong with the team. They know it every year, yet little changes. One thing though with some of our very few high profile players, one can sense a huge lack of effort. If you in your job have ever reported to a moron, you know how hard it can be to get excited about your work or project when the "boss" is clueless. It's hard to push on without developing a who gives a EF attitude.

Mike Nolan for Head Coach

So what are you saying a 3 year rebuild takes 5? We lose the next two and Gailey will have to punch it out to get the vaunted 7-9 dick years won loss records. Gailey's best starters for the most part are Jauron holdovers. -

FWIW: Whitner commentary on Bills coaching

Those comments are somewhat reminiscent of Coy Wires statements (although a tad nicer even regarding managament) when he left B-LO.If my memory is correct. -

I don't think Chucky will ever leave the booth. He sees himself as the next Madden. -
Yea, that's what I'm wondering.
