my own conspiracy theory on Benford is that the IR thing was a bit of a stash, and he has been learning up to move to safety (or at least backup there if needed) for the stretch. We are thin at safety, and are deep at corner. And I have never heard of an oblique sidelining someone for 3 weeks before.Hyde is coming back.

Having Mitch back at center is huge. I watched Vikings implode with procedure penalties and missed blocks because of a backup C.

Activate Micah and LFG!

Too much pressure. I will watch replay of a Bills win or ignore if the other occurs. Home field is a must!
Go Bills

Having home field throughout the playoffs is a must. Therefore the amount of pressure on me as a fan will not allow me to watch tonites game. I find watching the replay of a victory more satisfying. If by chance the other occurs I can simply ignore and take my chances with an away game where my expectations are much lower. Bills fan since 1965.
Go Bills!

Windchill is overrated.
There was no wind for the ice bowl. Clear sunny day.

wonder why they didn't postpone/move the ice bowl back in the day. oh wait, that was back when weather didn't stop players from going out there and playing in the elements.
Ice bowl didn't have -30° windchill

Allen almost never fumbles while running anymore. Used to happen regularly, I can't remember the last time he did while out in the open field running.
He had one recovered by Spencer Brown in this last game. I think 4th qtr and could have been devastating.

Yeah I'm watching it again.
And re-disturbed - if that's a word - by:
✅ two first half drops by Knox
✅ inability of the Bills defense to stop the run
I'm not an optometrist but I'm wondering if Dawson has had a change in his eyesight. Both drops looked to me like a delayed reaction to the ball. Especially the first.

60 yr.old Bills fan.
Crowd influences other than noise disruption:
1) Pass interference calls for the home team.
2) Roughing the passer on home team quarterback.
3) Ball spots especially when close to the first down marker.
4) Holding can be called on every play. Home team gets fewer in the playoffs.
My theory is based on human nature. Referees unconsciously favor the home team and their superstars. It's not intentional.
Feel free to add or subtract. I've been obsessing about winning the rest and the AFC going thru Orchard Park.

Possible Super Bowl liabilities:
Saffold- Turnstile
Singletary- slowest back in the NFL
Edmunds- lack of football instinct.
McD- challenging challenged

Playoffs are completely different than the regular season. Homefield advantage is on steroids.

The answer to this question is this question:
Do you want to play another championship game in K.C.?
