  1. Brees had multiple 300 yard games in his first 16 NFL starts, as well as multiple, multiple TD games. He took over games and was putting up numbers like that back when it was much harder to do than it is now.
  2. Agree, he needs to be able to sling it, but he's become tentative because of the numerous ints this season that have hurt the team. Comparing Allen to Brees is insanity. Brees has always been dominant. He was one of the best Qbs in the nation in college, and set several college passing records that have still yet to be broken.
  3. Allen has become tentative throwing the ball the last few weeks. He's so worried about throwing picks that he's like a hermet crawling in its shell. You can see him second guess himself a lot in the pocket. Guys are open, and they are open a lot. He's not delivering. Allen is a game manager, not a passer of the football. He will not take games over passing the ball any time soon, if ever. The great ones would have shown that at some point in their career already, he hasn't. Can he grow? Maybe. But at this point in his career, with upgraded WRs, and offensive line, one would expect to see a breakout performance. It hasn't come. He's beginning to look like a major liability out there. Week after week of turnovers and lack of big plays are more than concerning at this point. Meanwhile Watson, Mahomes, Jackson, Minshew, and others, continue to look light-years ahead. Im concerned.....greatly.
  4. The only thing on display was poor team effort in all 3 phases. Special teams - missed field goal and blocked extra point. Defense - gave up over 200 yards on the ground and unable to get off the field on 3rd. Offense - Josh Allen giving the ball away on our own doorstep, 3 fumbles, missed open Wr's all over the field and poor offensive execution as a whole. All three phases were bad...all three phases contributed to the loss. The Eagles were a desperate team, desperate for a win. Wounded teams are dangerous teams, period. Furthermore they attacked the same spots on defense that Miami exploited last week. Levi is bad..period, and has been exposed. This was just a bad game all around...blame is everywhere.
  5. Good teams win, period. We are winning and winning consistently. I could care less about the opponents. Our game against NE told me all I need to know. We belong, and can ball with anyone.
  6. Learning to win is a process, and once winning becomes the norm, losing is not an option and you'll do whatever it takes to remain on top. Baby steps lead to a sprint. Im proud of this team and what they've done more than I have in a very LONG time, and I believe McD is the best person to lead us to the promised land.
  7. Preseason is an important thing, it allows you to gauge the depth of your roster. The point of factoring it in is to show this team expects to win whenever they step on the field. Go Bills!
  8. Buffalo's record dating back to last season is 7-2 in the last 9 games, with our only two losses at the hand of New England. If you factor in preseason this year, its 11-2. Definitely a culture shift...winning is becoming the expected norm. Go Bills!
  9. With the good possibility of Brady leaving NE next season, what are some landing spots for him? Does he remain in the division? The conference? I for one believe there is one question remaining in Brady's legacy. Is it Brady's skill or Belichicks intellect that have created a dynasty? I think Brady seeks to answer that question in the next two years. Best landing spot in my opinion, is Minnesota Vikings. They are stacked with weapons and could immediately push for a SB with Brady at the helm. What are your thoughts?
  10. There is not another team that even came close to touching New England besides the bills. If they Jones pulls in that catch there's a very good chance we win that game. There is nothing to really read into he was point blank in his statement. Buffalo is steak and potatoes nothing fancy lineup disguise some plays, and grind out a win. Buffalo is built to grind, therefore present the biggest challenge to New England. We've already shown it against them and everyone else we've played.
  11. The look on Eisens face when he said the bills, is priceless.
  12. I didnt know it was belichick hitting guys in stride for TDs. I hate when question is brought up. 20+ years in the league Brady can read 99% of every defense out there. Without Brady the legacy of New England doesn't exist.
  13. They were when tyrod was qb. Allen is beginning to look like Tyrod 2.0. Missed multiple wide open passes yesterday, was indecisive with the ball on multiple occasions, and still hasn't put up a passing clinic even with a revamped oline, backfield, and Wr corps. We are winning and its great, but he needs to take the next step. Im not seeing it, and its becoming worrisome. You dont draft a qb in round one to be a game manager.
  14. How many yards did he throw for???
  15. When Tyrod put up those numbers he was not considered a franchise guy. I for one, am a bit disappointed with 0, 300+ yard games, and multiple td game. After a full season of starts under his belt, I feel your first round, franchise pick should have had a wow moment. He has yet to have it and this week was a prime opportunity.
  16. After the two point conversion Allen attempted to throw it out the stadium, per his and Kelly's conversation??? Can anyone at the game confirm???
  17. Tre White and its not even close.
  18. The bills haven't been coached this way, or prepared week to week with game plans, since the early 90s. This isnt the same old bills.
  19. Saying Buffalo wins by two TDs and a field goal is not unreasonable. With Singletary back, Kroft in the lineup, and the emergence of the Duke, we should absolutely win this game by that much. Miami is bad....just bad. We coming off a bye at home to face the worst team in football. Buffalo 31 Miami 6
  20. Its says if the Bills didn't turn the ball over 4 times and have blocked punt for a TD we have have smoked the Pats at home...that's what it says. With all those turn overs we were still a dropped pass by zay jones away from a win. Buffalo over came 5 turn overs on the road in week one. We didn't have enough to finish against NE to overcome 4 turn overs.
  21. What's going to be funny is watching the Jets beat NE...
  22. The Jets are NOT the same team without Darnold. New England had it easy against them the first time, it won't be easy the second time around. Im taking a Jets "upset" in that one. The Pats are OVERRATED and barely got by the Giants with multiple starters out of the game, a rookie Qb, and defense no where near as good as the Jets. Jets 20-17
  23. Yea, they are good but so were a lot of other teams who didn't benefit from Tuck Rules, Spygate, Brady Rule, Deflategate, and many more im sure im forgetting. There's no question the Pats are great, but there's no question they've had much help along the way. Brady sells and the NFL likes money. If you're marketable and consistent you'll see the entitlements come your way. The media is beginning to get behind the Bills...wait and see how officiating begins to change in our favor once the narrative of the Bills dethroning the pats begins to escalate.
