This stacked roster is not so stacked. You have a starting center with scrambled eggs for a brain, no starting LB to put next to Milano, two aging safeties, and a major question mark at RT.

We have to use half of that on draft picks.
No, just about 2.5M.

Anyone else afraid he’s going to go to Miami?
Then he'd get to sit on the shady side of the field.

Wondering the same. Loved him coming out of college don't know how he's doing lately.
IMO, he was never the difference maker that people thought he'd become. He's a decent player, but not a guy you want to throw serious money at.

You know the old saying, "You can't please Bills fans on TSW anytime."

This is what we all said about Brady for years.
Brady was never a head case.

Reminds me of the James Hardy mismatch strategy.
Yes, but Parham is still alive. James is not.

Well if the Chiefs also wanted him, that is a good sign.
The Chiefs can have McKenzie.

Don’t get me started. The “tampering window”. Just call it what it is. Who cares if the deal is not official.
Remember McKissic? Anything can happen until the ink is put to paper.

It was written by a Bills fan. Nick Wojton, LOL. Definitely not someone who knows very much.

I can’t even believe what I just witnessed, and the absolute disgrace that this league has turned into. Four absolutely terrible calls to change this game the way they wanted in the last five minutes.
You let big-time gambling into the game and this is what you get. I know many of you enjoy betting. I have no issue with sports betting under the table. When it becomes mainstream then games are absolutely decided by money lines. There’s just too darned much money involved to have it any other way. After all, people have lost their lives for less in that game.
it’s a real shame.

100% BPA, aside from QB. Every round.
But, who’s gonna replace Josh when we cut him?

Im crying laughing at that rep by Saffold, he should be forced to return the salary we paid him.
We used to call that a "look-out" block. You just yell, "Look-Out!"

What the heck do we know about hiring coordinators?
First, everybody says we need a young offensive mind. We got one.
Now, everybody says let's hire O'Brien, an older retread with a bad attitude. Thank goodness he went to NE.
What logic is there in fishing for coordinators? You just have to pick a guy with some experience that matched the concept of putting your players in the bast position to succeed. The only thing you cannot do is to pick a guy that wants the players to conform to his scheme. If we do that, Josh will fail to progress.

I'm on the fire Dorsey train, but until the line is fixed, nothing good will happen.
I agree that the OL needs a major upgrade. However, the Bengals OL is right there with us in the "needs help" category. Especially on Sunday with their injuries they fielded a mediocre group and barely gave up pressure.
Its all about how you call protections and the responsibilities for each of the guys. This is exactly why Dion looked like crap this year. He didn't suddenly forget how to play. The key is that Kromer's line is not on the same page as Dorsey's play calls. We all know that Aaron Kromer has fielded some of the best lines. Therefore, it has to be on Dorsey. (Nevermind what this has done to Josh.)

It’s funny how everyone agrees Frazier should be fired and Dorsey gets another year, when Buffalo’s defense held the Bengals to their average while the offense scored 10 points. Makes zero sense.
The players lost the game, I don’t think it was in the scheme to leave Chase uncovered or Josh to miss a wide open Diggs for a TD on the first drive, or Gabe to drop the long ball.
Sometimes it’s not your day.
I agree. Dorsey's offense was disjunct, inconsistent and underachieving all year long. He failed to keep JA focused and on point in many games. I appreciate the willingness to let the guy learn on the job, but since when do you learn a new job at the highest level first? Plus, I really don't like his arrogance and temper. It started with the time he smashed his Surface tablet, or whatever that was. He was borderline out-of-control after that.
I always hate to see a young, promising guy go. (see Wyatt Teller) I also know that you have JA in his prime for only a short number of years. You have to surround him with the best players AND the very best coaches. So, Dorsey needs to take a seat, either here or elsewhere and learn from an experienced OC.

Especially when your kicker can kick out of the end zone every time if you want.
Except when he inexplicably kicks one out of bounds.

well, they’re drafting undersized DL. They’re drafting CB’s that are only zone players. You can teach someone playing man to play zone, but not really the other way around. It’s a physical scheme. Doing this rotational bull#### in the playoffs is disgusting. Elam missed FOUR drives because of this bull####. Let the best players play! That is a coaching issue. Beane made up a good team, but he CANNOT miss on draft picks anymore. He simply cannot. We haven’t had a solid draft since 2018.Elam is a man CB.

McD has said since day one that this is Leslie's defense. I'm sure he has input and after all, he picked his D coordinator. But one thing Sean has done very well as a HC is delegate to his coordinators. One thing for certain is that no way Sean was calling the D at any time this year.
If Beane decides that the D must change, then it will be Frazier, not McDermott that has to go.
