  1. Sure, as a 3rd developmental guy. You do need a vet backup. A lot depends on where some of the former starters end up across the league. As Hapless said, it comes down to fit and willingness to not be considered to be the starter.
  2. You might have seen Barkley’s audition for 2020. Not nearly good enough. There are a lot of options for backup QB coming up. One of them will likely be our choice. You can be sure it will not be a rookie though.
  3. How do you know it’s his back foot? It might be his front foot in the wrong place.
  4. I don’t believe Foster is very smart... as in “not the brightest bulb in the pack.”
  5. Eliminate all officials. Anything goes. No illegal hits. You know, like the old days.
  6. Wait. Which weeks do we want a bunch of injuries?
  7. When Josh leaves the game, what are we going to complain about?
  8. Leg cramps, like last time.
  9. I never thought I’d see this defense look so piss-poor.
  10. The sack didn’t mean a thing. The penalty killed the drive.
  11. Where did all the Whining Idiots go? Maybe they’re deciding which way to kill themselves. But probably they’re just helping mommy prepare dinner.
  12. These are the games that make you really believe the fix is in. It’s beyond maddening.
  13. I really liked McDermott's comments where he said that some people said "Why would you want to go there? You'll never get it turned around." He went on to say that while they've turned the corner, they have a ways to go. This speaks loudly to the kind of leader he is and how he is not afraid to take on any challenge, however difficult. It also clearly shows that he can be successful overcoming even the most difficult obstacles. While many of us have speculated for years that nobody wants to come to Buffalo, we now know that this was indeed true. McDermott and Beane have changed that perception in just 3 short years. I tip my cap for what they have accomplished and give many thanks for the Pegulas who have made it all possible,
  14. Everybody gets totally drunk. This is the legacy of in-stadium tradition. It was true at the old Rockpile and continues to this day. Unfortunately, there are a lot of mean drunks there. So I suppose fighting also has to be considered as a part of this tradition. Happens a few times every game. I mean what else would you rather be doing on a Sunday afternoon in the fall? Get drunk and fight!
  15. Bobby Kraft runs the NFL and therefore nothing will ever happen to them until after he is gone. He has such pull over other owners and in-turn Roger Goodell, that no one can go against him. This is clearly reflected in the decisions of guys like Al Riveron and his officials on the field. It is prominent at owners meetings and in the rules committee. What Kraft wants, Kraft gets. There's really no point in sweating the issue. It isn't going to change. What we can look forward to is the retiring of Bill Bellichik who ultimately is the reason this is all tilted so obviously in the Patriots' direction. Kraft simply cannot do it without BB.
  16. Unfortunately, the Dolphin's bus is already loading up. (See yesterday vs Giants)
