In my opinion, the loss of Lorenzo hurt because of his leadership. It sure appeared to me that Norman brought some of that Sunday. That might be exactly what our D needs. When they play cohesively as a tight unit, they are good across the board. When you start bringing in unfamiliar faces the cohesiveness drops. In the postgame interviews, I found it interesting to hear that guys were saying they miss the 12th man more than I ever knew. They feed off that energy and it must be tough to generate that energy internally. Hopefully, we can get fans in the stands and help them out a bit moving forward.

To me, it sounded like most of the F-bombs were coming from Chucky, or at least from his sidelines.

My idea is to give all the standard members a low fixed number of topic starts each week, or month, etc. That might cause the posters to be more thoughtful before starting a new topic so they don't run out of opportunities. To me, it seems like the same culprits are always the ones starting the same topics over and over. Perhaps as you earn points, you can earn more topic starts each week. If you repeatedly start redundant topics, you likewise lose points and topic starts.

I believe that any topic that devolves into a discussion on racism, political correctness or Trump vs whoever, should be penalized most harshly. It brings out the worst in all of us and I for one cannot help posting sarcastic responses to those posts. Then, I get my butt in a sling with the mods. I think anything else is fair play. And, of course, any personal attacks directed at an individual should result in a ban. I do believe that a limit to new topics would be nice, because it can get ridiculous to have so many posts that have no merit.
