I think he is frustrated by everything that has been happening off the field. He’s a tightly wound guy. He brought that on himself, but he has to let go of whether he’s being Boo’d or Beas’ d. Will that frustration lead to his retirement? Possibly, but dudes like him are far more likely to request to be let go, and just move on.

You’re just mad he doesn’t want to get vax’ed.

Funny, but true. Since I moved down to Belize this summer, I have watched a lot of CFL football. We get Canadian TV down here. The officiating, while not perfect, is a breath of fresh air. The way they handle replay, the decisive and consistent calling of penalties, and the general lack of game-stopping flags is absolutely great! The other benefit of getting CTV Toronto down here, is that every Bills game is on here, without having to pay for Sunday Friggin Ticket.

You're blind from your position. If you don't see the official's influencing game outcomes, I don't know what to tell you, pal. If somebody wants to affect the outcome of a betting sport, you swing it toward the least expected outcome. In this case it was obviously a Dolphins double-digit victory. Would you have expected that? Neither would the smart money, so it's a win. Whatever... I hope I'm wrong, but it appears as though I'm not.

Has NFL "ownership" of gambling sites corrupted the league

I am convinced that the outcomes are heavily influenced in advance. If you don't want to call this "fixed" then fine. -
Has NFL "ownership" of gambling sites corrupted the league
clayboy54 replied to Gisele's topic in The Stadium Wall
This is not poor officiating. It is the blatant fixing of games. This is exactly why gambling was never allowed around pro sports... until now. (see Pete Rose) Now we have let the cat out of the bag, so to speak. -

Look no farther than this exact play to see that the NFL is now fixed to benefit what the money wants to see. I thought is was bad before, but nothing compares to the blatant corruption in 2021. This is what the USA has become. -
Once again, the refs win and the fans lose.

Tons of time for the refs!

I really can’t understand how the NFL, or any major sport, can get away with such corrupt officiating. Can it be more obvious than in tonight’s nationally televised game? Now that betting on football is legal, there needs to be an investigation of the blatant game fixing.

Bills will be dangerous as hell in the playoffs
clayboy54 replied to Giuseppe Tognarelli's topic in The Stadium Wall
I completely agree with you. Last season we never saw the team quit. When the defense was porous, the offense picked it up. When the offense had a down game, the defense picked them up. This past couple games, I didn't see or hear anyone of the players talking or acting that way. Guys like Diggs, as an example. He can turn a game around when he plays like he can. He hasn't. Instead, I see guys getting frustrated and not finding answers. To me, that sign is very troublesome. Maybe it is on the coaches for not putting them in winning positions. We certainly do not know that. The product on the field is very troublesome for whatever underlying reason. -

In all seriousness, it will all depend on mental attitude. Watching the body language the past two weeks, it really scares me to see that only one player tried to step-up and take the team on his shoulders. Unfortunately, when Allen does that he tends to try too hard to be the hero and the rest is history. Let's see what the rest of this team is made of. Will they pull themselves up and play to their potential or fold up like cheap suits? I have no problem giving a pass for a bad game. I question them when it looks like a trend. -

Would've been dangerous. Not any more. Everyone except Allen will likely fold their tents and plan for next year. You just watch. -

Was this the worst upset loss in team history?
clayboy54 replied to BADOLBILZ's topic in The Stadium Wall
I don’t know if it was the worst upset loss, but it clearly was the greatest team failure that the league’s scoring leader couldn’t even score a touchdown. Made worse by the total collapse of the OL, and Josh’s meltdown in the 2nd half. I know that sometimes these games are a wake-up call. I really don’t know where you go after such an epic failure like this. My initial guess would be a rather painful losing streak. I hope that I’m wrong, but I’m afraid we have seen the best of the 2021 Bills and ought to start planning how this can be fixed for 2022. All that can be said about today is that the entire team melted down. -
11/7/21 Bills @ Jaguars Postgame Thread
clayboy54 replied to Hapless Bills Fan's topic in The Stadium Wall
If you line can’t block, there’s nothing to figure out. Josh is our only chance, and even then he can’t win them all by himself.
