  1. Hopefully, we'll never know where Jerry is buried.
  2. I sure hope it creates friction. Guys need to stop clowning and concentrate on football and this sends a clear message directly from their QB and leader. There's no such thing as coasting to a championship in the NFL.
  3. Seriously, how is it possible that Cody Ford is still in the league? He is the worst player on a decimated line. That makes him like 14th best lineman on a really bad team.
  4. I don’t know why, but Joe Flacco always reminds me of Sam Bradford.
  5. Joe Flacco is probably thrilled to still have a job.
  6. If you really believe that a competitive athlete would rather not play than compete with their team, then you must have never played competitive sports.
  7. Maybe he’s going to lead the charge on Saturday.
  8. The Bills won’t win another game until they fire the entire staff, especially Dorsey. Then, the new coaching staff needs to run the ball with RBs and never let Josh take another hit. They better not pay Edmunds another dime. Same goes for AJ, Boogie and Ed O. They’re all horrible draft picks by a front office that is clueless. Shakir and Elam need to play every snap on both sides of the ball. Kumerow needs to go, but we need Hodgins back from NY. We need to cut every OL player today. Then, the new regime will need to sign only all-pro tackles and guards, but not pay them much money. Well, maybe they can use some of Knox’s money after they release him. Sweeney is worthless, too. Finally, Isaiah must go immediately. Even the fans catch wet balls better than he does. And, Gabe shouldn’t be higher than a #4.
  9. He won’t be hitchhiking anytime soon.
  10. Ys, when it heats up the lake in the summer. Unfortunately not when it gets very cold in the early winter. So, it's kind of like 50/50.
  11. The new stadium planners were banking on Global Warming. Unfortunately, that isn't working out too well.
  12. Yes, because stats don’t lie, right?
  13. Doesn’t matter when your QB can’t get you the ball now, does it.
  14. In winter conditions, it sure as heck could be.
  15. Yes, I’d be absolutely blown away if they lost twice and moderately surprised if they lost another game. This team does what they have to do to win. That is all they need.
  16. Some of those Allen runs were clearly called or at least called as options. Look, the point is we we’re more balanced than some are crowing about.
  17. Against the Jets DL, and without your lead blocking FB, you won’t generate a consistent running game. Their D is really good. That said, our run to pass ratio was pretty balanced, though. 24 runs, 27 passes.
  18. I agree with your assessment of Dorsey. That said, he’s a first-year coordinator. He deserves some slack for growing pains. We are lucky that we are winning while he learns on the job. I suspect he will improve slightly as the season wraps up.
  19. It’s always, “if we play like that next week…” Yet, we keep winning. Ugh.
  20. Additionally, this shows that Baker plays very well in an unscripted, fly by the seat of your pants offense. His dismal failure has resulted from trying to conform and play in within the confines of a formal offense. He just doesn't do that well. Kinda like JP Losman-ish. Now the real test will be to see if McVay can build an offense where the QB is basically unscripted. Just running around and making plays, like he did last night. Josh as an example, does both well. Baker seems to be the guy who can only do the off-schedule stuff. Good luck to him. He was fun to watch last night.
  21. You have to remember that dirty play where somebody hoisted his leg up causing the hamstring tear. He was not the same after that injury. Plus, I think you have to consider Elbert Dubenion in the best of all-time conversation. Different time, different game, but nonetheless, he was dominant against some really good secondaries. Lance Alworth was better, but not by much.
