  1. You have to understand that poor people only exist when compared to the rich. If you remove rich people, then those previously poor will be considered middle class. It's a good way to manipulate statistics. Another good one is to hyper-inflate the cost of living where someone living in a studio apartment in California is considered rich, while owning a 10 acre ranch in Alabama is poor. ie, the poorest states are Red...
  2. https://nypost.com/2018/11/14/hasbros-new-monopoly-for-millennials-game-is-an-insulting-experience/ Players don’t win with money to buy homes or railroads, but instead collect “experience points” by earning rewards such as a 3-Day Music Festival or going to a vegan bistro — because memories “last forever.”
  3. Not that I know anything about this kind of stuff, but... ...that feels like it requires a lot of precision to work. How do you maintain that over 100,000 miles or more?
  4. I would love this trade if the Bills were coming off an 11-5 season.
  5. Nothing in Clowney's history suggests that he would honor a handshake deal. He's about as money-centric as you can get. All a team needs to do is leak to his agent that they will pay him more and he is gone.
  6. What I'm worried about is that Clowney quit on his college team to save himself for the draft He is now holding out, and may sit out the year to save himself for a big contract.
  7. Oliver does lack any counter moves or hand fighting skills. It's quite obvious if you're looking for it. Once the guard gets their hands locked onto Oliver's chest pads, it's over, Which is true for most NFL Dlinemen, too. The positives we're seeing is Oliver using his quickness to beat linemen before they are on him. He's also constantly shifting laterally, which keeps him alive, but also makes him useless against quick hitting plays. I did see Oliver try a spin move once... it looked funny... and accomplished nothing. While he's good enough, we can only hope that he knows that he still has a lot of room to improve.
  8. I would guess McCoy... and Foster (not Zay) are the likely players on the block. Texans wouldn't want Jones. Might also include Dawkins in the mix with Nsekhe and Bates waiting for their shot. The Dolphins would be stupid to trade Tunsil for Clowney. So I hope that happens.
  9. If you spent that much time explaining something that should take 10 seconds to learn...
  10. Colts fans aren't even mentioning Kelly. It's either Brissett or tank for Tua.
  11. He didn't Trust the Process.
  12. They could have drafted Josh Allen instead of Nelson last year. AFter all these years, the Colts finally built a team around their Franchise Quarterback.... and they'll all be gone by the time the next QB takes over. ?
  13. Whatever happened to Jarryd Hayne... rugby star for the 49ers?
  14. Runningback is one of those positions where you don't really need to learn much. Treat him like Gump. Just tell him to run. The rest of that stuff is just gravy. Look at Adrian Peterson. The guy still sucks at everything except running the ball.
  15. Anyone else remember another international RB in the 90's, who was an athletic freak and had no idea how to play the game? Played for the Chiefs. Don't assume Wade has no shot at the 53... it's happened before.
  16. Vick apologized, AND paid his debt to society by going to jail. Kaep is still making half of America angry, and doubling down on his antics even more. Even if you agree with his stance, everyone can understand that losing half of your customers is not a good decision for any entertainment based business; maybe he can go into politics.
  17. That's what I thought too, until I found out that some players had to be shown how to open a checking account to cash their paycheck. Some didn't even know what it was. I think some of these players buy gold chains, jewelry, etc as a form of a savings account, not knowing other options exist. Is there a rule prohibiting a team from placing a player projected to be out 1 week from IR? I know teams do it for players missing only 3-4 weeks....
  18. Then tell us what you know. You're not contributing anything useful in this post. Nothing I've said is wrong (as far as I know), so enlighten us with your vast knowledge. At the very least tell us what you don't agree with... All three were Bills Free Agents this year... and... Miller counts towards the formula, He was signed by the Bengals in March... but it doesn't matter because Beane signed a lot of FA players, so the Bills will get squat in 2020 Comp picks. Your link shows the Bills signed 10 CFA's and lost 1CFA (Miller).... Do people seriously believe that that Bills would get a 3rd compensatory pick (in 2021) if we traded for, then let Clowney go at the end of the year?
  19. Conservatives wait for the FBI to designate terrorist groups. Liberals only need to call up the Southern Poverty Law Center. It's why almost every single right of center group are called "terrorists" in the media, and MS13 are just misunderstood asylum seekers.
  20. I think we over-inflate the importance of our trash players. Every team thinks they have someone that will make another teams 53 if cut. In reality, only a handful ever move teams.
  21. So you're saying that WADE is not really an NFL player. He's just a water-boy or mascot, getting to hang out with the team and occasionally get on the field. So the entire charade of practices, cutting the guy at the end of camp, making him wait to see if he gets signed to the practice squad is way to acclimate the guy to what it would feel like if any of it was real? Seems harsh.
  22. The program works to give international players a second chance to make the roster... after they are cut. Which seems odd to make them go through if they go straight to the PS. What you're suggesting is that the rules force them on the Practice Squad regardless of how they do, good or bad. That makes no sense considering news articles highlighting these players getting CUT, then having them wait to see if the team takes the OPTION of the 11th exemption or not. Nothing you've shown says they are EXCLUSIVE, only that the Bills have more options. To be fair, I have nothing to show that they are NOT exclusive, either. Can't seem to find that info on the internet. Draft picks don't get these exclusive protections if they don't make the 53, why would INTL players?
  23. The rules of the program say he is eligible for the international squad exemption. It does say he can make the regular Practice squad as well as the 53, not that he goes straight to the 11th spot on the PS after training camp. I don't see where he DOESN'T go through waivers, or that another team can't sign him to their 53, especially since they go through cuts like any other player.
