How many people don't like Allen's new deal?
unbillievable replied to mjd1001's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
If you include 2yrs of his remaining rookie contract, Allen is making 35.6mil/year for 8yrs. ...in Contrast Mahomes is averaging 43.4mil/year and Dak is at 40mil/year for the length of their deals. Allen has gotten better every year for the last 10 years, going back to his high school days. -
NFL quarterbacks are getting NBA level paydays. How long until they match MLB players?

That joke was on social media and people took it seriously, (including within this thread) to the point that MSM journalists and politicians cited it.

Your math is still wrong. By several orders of magnitude. What changed that made the NFL so much more valuable?

The Mizzou/Yale/PC/Free Speech Topic
unbillievable replied to FireChan's topic in Politics, Polls, and Pundits
The article starts with two false premises that it's a bill against filming and that you need to be within 30ft to get something on video. As CNN proved, it's much easier to get the whole truth if you show a wider angle. -
The Mizzou/Yale/PC/Free Speech Topic
unbillievable replied to FireChan's topic in Politics, Polls, and Pundits
That's an awful headline. All it does it give officers room to do their job. It has nothing to do with filming. Ironically, we have numerous closeup video of rioters blindsiding cops trying to arrest their associates. New Headline: "Racist judges legalize violence against Alphabet community." -
California (again)

All this will do is raise the price. It will join the long list of things that are more expensive in California. -
Fans would have probably helped Biles. We're finding out that she's more Trent Edwards than Tom Brady.

Team USA basketball loses 2nd game in a row
unbillievable replied to Brennan Huff's topic in Off the Wall
Half the athletes in the Olympics are Americans who are competing for other countries. They should have a rule where you actually have to live/train full time (4yrs) in the country you represent. -

The government won't even make it mandatory for the military. -
Critical Race Theory
unbillievable replied to Trump_is_Mentally_fit's topic in Politics, Polls, and Pundits
Have to admit that we have come a long way when activists have to manufacture implicit racism to have something to fight. -
Critical Race Theory

You also have to consider the path of Immigrants, who also invalidate CRT. We do have a systematic discrimination against ghetto culture. You can't be successful in this country if you embrace violence and drugs. -

Can someone explain to me how a vehicle looks Black, Asian, or White? -

I'm still waiting to see the magical radar gun that can tell the race of a driver. -
Critical Race Theory
unbillievable replied to Trump_is_Mentally_fit's topic in Politics, Polls, and Pundits
CRT starts with a "neutral" "fact" that society separates children at birth based on their race. The critical thinking segment of the lesson plan begins with HOW to change the society. It's a theory based on a bad premise. It's the same as asking someone, "Thinking critically, how can we get you to stop beating your wife?"
