Fond memories: Huge hit by K. Schulz on H. Walker 1996
unbillievable replied to Apocalypse Nuts's topic in The Stadium Wall
that's a Flag! Also... I loved that in Tecmo Superbowl, when you touch the ball carrier with K. Shultz they immediately fall down. No "wrestling" for the tackle. ...and... When did Herschel Walker return to the Cowboys? -
Some problems: 1)ballot harvesting targets illegals, deceased, and incapacitated people. That is the point: political agents bringing in votes from unknown sources. 2)in some (blue) states, it is against the law to ask about citizen status. It's basically an honor system. 3)Hoping that illegals are acting legally. 4)No way to know intentions. ie; Afganistan refugee debacle Basically, we would need to hold discovery hearings for every single case; which is what is supposed to happen, but fills up the holding centers which leads to the media calling them concentration camps. We need media reform? Can't look for fraud until they prove there is fraud...

I've noticed that movies have started leaving out subtitles when using foreign languages. Two recent movies are Jungle Cruise, and West Side Story. https://www.lastmovieoutpost.com/no-subtitles-for-west-side-story/ How do people feel about this new trend? Creative or Annoying?

He thought he was proving self defense by leaking the video.

I think they got him for being part of the mob. Helped to contain Arbery.

The two deserve to go to prison for life. However, I'm a little surprised at the verdict for the neighbor. He just followed and filmed. Can a case be made for all the people during the riots that did the same thing? I'll be curious to see how they are sentenced.

Domestic terrorist attack in Waukesha

1 death in Charlottesville. Civil trial awarded yesterday. That is the new front page. -
There is no flaw in my reasoning. None of what you said above matters. Everything you cited has to do with finding blame and doling out punishment. You're trying to prove someone deserves to die. You're seeking justice, not evidence. I'm saying, for the death penalty, we have to be 100% sure they did it. Which is impossible without a confession. Their criminal history or bad personality has no bearing on that fact. Needing to have "faith" proves the system is fallible. Life in prison already removes them from society. Eventually, they will die anyway.

Rittenhouse was in Kenosha in support of BLM protests. https://thehill.com/homenews/media/582568-kyle-rittenhouse-i-support-the-blm-movement "I support peacefully demonstrating," the teen told Carlson, according to a transcript of the interview. "I believe there needs to be change. I believe there’s a lot of prosecutorial misconduct, not just in my case but in other cases. It’s just amazing to see how much a prosecutor can take advantage of someone." -
Yes. 1) we can't trust the 3 people to not be lying. 2) we can't trust the 3 or more people not to be experiencing mass hysteria. 3) we can't trust that evidence wasn't planted. Humans are corrupt. Video can be faked. The only way to be sure is if the accused person admits to doing it. The Death penalty should go way beyond just "reasonable doubt". No evidence is admissible, except admitted to by the accused. 3 levels of guilt Civil = which side makes more sense Criminal = reasonable doubt Death Penalty = No doubt. if you're going to take 100% of a person's options, you better be 100% sure he's guilty; which is impossible outside a confession.

The only thing you have to ask is... IF someone were to start destroying your house (or your neighbors), and they didn't do anything else "threatening", are we supposed to just stand there and watch them do it? Some people will say to just call the cops... but what if the cops said they weren't allowed to interfere? Would you let everything you own get destroyed? -
Combating imaginary racism with actual racism??
unbillievable replied to Unforgiven's topic in Politics, Polls, and Pundits
Somehow, the left has become confused on the difference between "race" and "class". Unless they've become so racist that they believe that all black people (and only black people) are poor.
