  1. the lower roster churn will never get any team where they want to be
  2. Can we ever resist overreacting to the bottom of the roster churn? My goodness with some of these takes.
  3. in our scheme, he plays pretty well until he pulls a hammy or groin or calf so hopefully that's a couple weeks of production we can get.
  4. Go to bed folks. Too much time left on the clock, silly Bucs
  5. Aikman now ball washing Pat’s left handed throw away
  6. FU Joe Buck, the dynamic dumbass partner of the worst and most antiquated take owning announcer in the game, Troy Aikman
  7. Yep and people lap it up as analytical truth instead of using it as just a tool to enhance/augment what they see with an understanding of the game. Statistical paralysis has taken over the measure of the game because now everyone thinks they can be an expert and feel included in those discussions. Not all separation looks the same, nor can it be measured the same way.
  8. The Rams have won 2 straight and are a 1/2 game out of 1st in their division. I doubt he's on the block at all.
  9. That's great. My band had a gig Friday night and we threw in a Tom Thumb Blues and a Box of Rain into the set. Went over quite well!
  10. I noticed and loved/appreciated that as well!
  11. IF Milano is able to return to some semblance of his form, I would use him exclusively on likely passing downs (3rd and medium to long for example), and use Williams on likely run downs, and rotate them a bit otherwise... I do like the idea someone presented also of going 4-3 with all 3 of them on the field if we are fortunate enough to face the Ravens again in January.
  12. it's an instant gratification world... Some are doubting the judgement of the best DB development staff (bar none) in the league. Bishop (or any other rookie draft pick) will get there in due time, or he won't. When he shows enough in practice to be a better play than the guy above him currently on the depth chart, he will be inserted. Some drafted players require development. That does not make them a bad pick or poor investment. Bernard says hello (and many other examples).
  13. I like the idea of a lesser known guy, because the known available kickers all seem to have make percentages equal to or worse than Bass.
  14. Think of the Vikings #2 pick we have next year as a high 3rd 🙃
  15. because punts net you about 40 yards down field in the right direction.... Turnovers can happen anywhere.
  16. Oy, ok on your first point... Absolutely agree on your 2nd point.
  17. Maybe just maybe that's because he was getting utilized in actual situations where the game wasn't already in the balance, like run out the clock time when the defense knows essentially what's coming. Also Rb's need to get into a rhythm. These are 2 things that stats do not reveal (not saying you're a stats over everything else person) and that casual watchers of the game tend to miss.
  18. Agreed actually! My family and I were saying that very thing last night during the game.
  19. All I gotta say is we overcame 5 horrible ref calls plus a Hail Mary. It wasn’t perfect, but it was gutsy as hell, And they matched the toughness of NY blow for blow. 17 was incredible, along with the O line and Ray Davis! Oh and Bass is shot
  20. Unreal roughing calls on AJ and Spencer! literally getting flagged for playing football
  21. be safe down there! 🙏
  22. Oh hmm I guess my bad then. I was told by medical people I know that many who get knocked out do not exhibit any signs of a concussion, and thus are not diagnosed with one.
  23. "One of the biggest issues with the management and recovery of concussion is the fact that it can be so hard to identify. Many people assume that you can only get a concussion if you’re knocked unconscious. But while getting knocked-out can be a sign of concussion, it only happens in less than 10 percent of cases." https://concussion.org/news/do-you-have-concussion/
