    I don't remember him getting beat like a drum in your first post...more like you 2nd post where he was right there in position but didn't finish. It was basically baptism by fire for the rookie thrown in the starting role.

    I watched the TMZ report with the dashcam video.This video should be required training for officers and offenders. The encounter was remarkably non-confrontational.

    I am hoping the Bills add the audible to the offense. It has been a missing component for a few years.

    Yeah, I'm playing the run and intermediate pass until the O proves it can go deep. Hopefully Dupree or Foster steps up as a deep threat. I don't believe McCarron is going to be a threat with the deep passing game. I think we all know Allen can air it out.

    So just out of curiosity why do you think he is dropping weight instead of bulking up?

    At this juncture I think he is a tweener. Somewhere between a DE and LB. IIRC sly Rex originally thought he could make him an OLB. After Rex he moved back to DE. Apparently he's not big/strong enough for DE or fast enough for LB. I was hoping the weight loss might give him an edge so to speak. Hopefully he can a least be decent depth this year.

    Unfortunately Portland Mayor Ted Wheeler was sympathetic to the ICE protesters.It was only recently when the food cart shut down due to threats from the demonstrators that he changed his tune about camp removal. The aerial views on the morning news were not pretty. I guess I yearn for the days when Portland was a relatively small city.
