WHY WOULD WE REACH OUT FOR Cousins or Jimmy G when we have Tyrod Taylor???!!!????? I just cannot comprehend this thinking, I recently spoke to a Giant, Jet, Raven and Bronco fan. All 4 are very knowledgeable fans , with very high football i.q's, each one had extremely high praise for Taylor. Saying they would "love" to have him as their QB , and view him as one of the toughest QB's to defend in the NFL! Then I come on here and ppl are talking about aquiring all these different QB's on a regular basis, it drives me absolutely nuts how our QB is so heavily respected by very knowledgeable fans of other teams yet talked about on here like he is garbage and must be replaced asap.. Drives me crazy,but I'll just continue to enjoy watching him play and improve as a QB who still has under 40 starts!!

How can you want Cousins over Taylor? God he is soo underrated on here! I think they're high on Peterman and unless Tyrod has a very bad final 10 games, I hope they don't draft QB at all, and roll with Peterman as backup, build a powerhouse..

I think if Taylor balls out, we keep him , continue to evolve the O with this scheme, our OL and depth is fantastic.. IF Taylor has a good year , we have 6 picks in 3 rds to add to this team which can potentially create a powerhouses for years to come.. We re-sign Gaines, potentially add another CB and the secondary is phenomenal for years to come. If Humber and Milano continue to ball out, LB is in great shape, DE is in great shape, Hughes looks elite, Shaq looks above average,Davis looks like he can play, add a highly rated DT/LB and maybe a FA of both positions and we are set on D for years.. Jones/Thompson at WR ,we have to see how they finish the year but if one can emerge as a consistent option , add a highly rated rookie/FA , add a highly rated rookie/FA at RB, RG and we are set on O.. I feel we are set at TE with Clay/O'Leary and potentially Thomas . Point is we have a ton of talent,way more depth then we all expected and a ton of flexibility in FA and the draft. This team can be a powerhouse for years to come, let's see how the season plays out but I'm super excited in the direction we are headed

So is Kyle. I also believe Shaq will be kicked inside with Davis/Alexander able to play DE.. Washington has potential,needs to be more consistent though.. Dareus was barely out there and had barely any impact! We had 1 bad outing on defense.. we're # 1 in t.o differential ,# 4 in ppg, # 6 in rush D ..

Gaines and Matthews + a 2nd ,3rd were great trades.. Thompson ,immediate impact, potentially a great pick up.. D had 1 rough game out of 6. Our DL is actually very good depth wise. Ryan Davis and Thorton can play, Hughes is fantastic,Shaq is very good, Kyle is playing great, Alexander also plays DE, Shaq will be kicked inside I'm sure, Worthy and Adolphus can play. We are fine on the DL He unloaded one of the worse contracts in the NFL! We saved 11 mil this year and next year combined and are off the hook after! Dareus was barely playing for a 16/mil a year player, it's fantastic we got rid of the guy...

So 26, what are we paying for remainder of contract,and what is Jax paying? Sorry if posted already

True, definitely see your point, but even his run D has declined big time, I also think with Ryan Davis and Milano balling out, we can have them at DE and kick Shaq inside on certain downs. Oh a But it's the bigger picture, we just got rid of one of the worse contracts in the NFL! That's a success in itself. Dareus had such limited playing time, it's really not a big hole to fill either

I was shocked to but they unloaded that contract! He has had such little impact, it's actually great we got this done , that contract doesn't warrant his play ,not even close, we can get 2-3 quality players for the money we saved! Also we have had guys step up big time on the DL. Ryan Davis, who can possibly allow us to kick Shaq inside, Thorton is balling, Worthy, Kyle and Jerry are balling, big time addition by subtraction!

I doubt we are fighting them for a WC.. I just don't see a WC team coming out of that division. Bal is 3-4 , Cincy 2-4 , Mia is 4-2.. Bal Imo is just not very good, very good D, very bad O, Flacco is just not the same QB he once was rather see them at 4-4 than Miami at 5-2.. I know 2 die hard Raven fans, both commented on how it hurt to see Taylor and Thompson lighting it up for another team and wish they kept Tyrod,both agree that Flacco will be released next year.. Do as you choose. My opinion at least has stats and analytics attached to it. Not just some hate filled post claiming Taylor is a garbage QB with no upside, backed by nothing. Claiming Peterman,a rookie QB , who has no regular season playing experience will magically outperform Tyrod.

Exactly,at this point I just ignore them, especially when almost every fan of another team praises him when I say I'm a Bills fan. It's clear these Bills fans are biased against him for whatever reason

Have you watched them play? They barely beat Hou, TB and NYJ. They are nothing like last year, I'd say 11 wins is their ceiling honestly, I am expecting to beat them in Buffalo at this point. The East is totally up for grabs imo.. They can easily lose @ Den,@Buf,@Pitt , @Oak , @Mia , even home vs Buffalo,SD,Mia.. Again, have you seen them play?? They are not a powerhouse by any means, people need to stop talking about their past and look at their 17 play, which has been very average at best. Hightower is hurt, isn't playing Sunday, they're very beatable

Also this scheme isn't to WR friendly. McCoy and our TE's will be the top targets all year, We're not going to get a better WR than Matthews,who is super underrated on here and if Jones and/or Thompson can show consistentcy, we're set. Also since Clay hasn't been placed on IR ,he should be back in 5-6 weeks..

I definitely respect your opinion but completely disagree about him having a low ceiling. I think it's much higher than ppl on here give him credit for and as he continues to evolve in this scheme, I think he proves that he is franchise QB material. I just think he's a unique QB, as his legs are a huge strength in his game

Let's also not forget we went into their building last year, at a time where their O and D were both playing amazing and if not for an epic defensive meltdown,beat them pretty handily. I think our O is a huge matchup issue and they have clearly taken a step back on both O and D. Although they did just have a great offensive performance, they have been super into this year and are coming to our building. Definitely should be a close one, but I think we have the overall advantage.

Man it's so refreshing not having to scroll to the bottom of any QB related list. While many will try to discredit PFF, it is consistently cited by almost all in the NFL community. They have a system they put big money into and are definitely a credible source. I said after week 1 that we are seeing Tyrod Taylor 2.0, I felt he improved in footwork , pocket presence and speed scanning the field. I never understood the drafting QB talk or putting Peterman in. Taylor had a winning record with a terrible,bi polar defense and I said all off season that he will do damage with a legit D. PFF seems to agree as they have Taylor as the 7th ranked QB after 7 weeks , 6th best active QB,as Rodgers is done for 17. Me too!He is a leader, demands respect from his teammates and holds guys accountable. Also ,he is still balling when he rushes the QB. He had a couple pressures Sun. I'm glad he is a Bill, extremely versatile, LB,DE and ST beast...
