  1. Keep in mind that Tre was on the # 1 WR alot of the time,as a rookie that is beyond impressive. Can play inside as well. I think him and Lattimore are equals at this point, but we get Tre and the 22nd pick, that puts it over the top for Tre.
  2. His availability has to be a major concern. Davis is a football player, period , I don't see any decline if we scooped Davis, with potential to be an upgrade! And I have complete faith in McD when it comes to secondary.
  3. Hasn't he strictly been in the 34 in the NFL?
  4. Absolutely. Shades of Parcels/Belicheck relationship Did us hiring Dabol factor in? We all know He was next up in NE , after working for Bills good friend Saban.. interesting thought.. Btw- The Two Bills 30 for 30 is must watch TV.
  5. Fake News More like totally irrelevant, at least til Free agency and draft are over, we have no clue what the majority of these teams will look like. With that said, this is major disrespect to this franchise and I love it .
  6. You took the words out of my mouth. The OP shows how important quality RB are. I personally want a RB in the second round. We need as good a backup to Shady as we can find, it's important. Tom Brady is the best QB ever. Should teams not draft first Rd QBs because of that?
  7. No. Because their organization is going to get completely shaken up , from coaches to players and Brady will be 41. They don't have much talent from recent drafts.
  8. I asked multiple people at the party if any specifics were mentioned. The Pats secondary was getting shredded and still don't put him out there? Strange. This is the end of an era , I'm telling you.
  9. The AFC East is coming home to Buffalo from now on. Tonight ended an era, I can feel it.
  10. Wow that's a great, must read. Was always an AW fan and still am. Hope he becomes a fixture in the community and at games
  11. I've been saying this. I feel we hired our OC based on Taylor or Alex Smith. Draft a developmental QB and stick with Taylor. It's all about scheme with Tyrod, if we get super creative he can be a force imo. Similar to the offense Tennessee runs, which has a huge amount of Oregon concepts. Other than Cousins, there are no upgrades and I doubt we go after Kirk or trade up, Taylor stays. Improved overall roster plus what should be a much improved scheme and Tyrod could be a dangerous QB.
  12. And who do you see as an upgrade over Tyrod? What if our new OC feels he could make Tyrod a quality starter? He has potential, has shown flashes , but has no consistentcy. Tyrod could potentially stay. I just don't see many upgrades. Even if we draft a 1st Rd QB, keep Tyrod.
  13. Not sure. I meant an offense like Tennessee. They have a huge portion of their playbook designed after concepts Mariota ran at Oregon. Get us back to more zone read concepts, big reason we were the best run team in the league for 2 years.
  14. I give this team/coaching staff tons of credit. It was an obvious rebuild year and we made the playoffs! We're going to be much more talented this year as well but McD consistently says they're building a team, not just a collection of talent. We are less flawed then most think. I wouldn't be surprised if Tyrod is kept. He has to be used in a college type manner, I wanted Smith , don't think Cousins is a McD guy, hope I'm wrong.
  15. Yes they do. They swing n miss too. I don't feel like doing research but they threw Gillisslee 30+ million to not even dress. This was a freak thing, totally disagree with this one. Every GM misses, gotta hit more than you miss.
  16. Just turned it back on. Shady had a TD! Intensity is picking up in 4th quarter right now, it's actually watchable. False alarm- it's still pretty terrible
  17. Yea is it 2 hand touch? I think I watched the 4th qtr last year n don't remember it being this lame , officials blowing whistle on first contact but I'm bored.
  18. Valid and true. I'd like to add Darby was for Matthews and KB Gaines was 9-4 in lineup. 17-13 is 4 games missed. We got a stud LT with our 2nd last year, if we got another stud player,we easily win that trade. Dareus was a straight money move. Wood was pure bad luck. Can't see that coming. Every GM has hits and misses. Gotta hit more than miss
  19. Roman had a similar situation and absolutely ran laps around Dennison. That SB was all defense, the offense was pretty brutal Awesome news. He ruined the best run game in the league 2 years running, had to change the run game during the bye week to better suit the team. He was an epic failure and glad he's going to be in division
  20. Dawkins is a stud. Zay has upside, Thompson has upside . Benjamin has #1 WR potential, though I'd love to add a proven#1 or 2 WR and we got Zay/Thompson as 3-4. I think they really keyed in on defense because of the switch back to a 43 and had to make major changes, where as the O I feel Dennison believed he could work with what we had. OC was the biggest issue. Lack of creativity was mind boggling. Love the new hire though and better quality at QB will make a huge difference. Totally agree. And with that secondary, we are close to having an elite defense, I feel we hit the jackpot on secondary for this scheme. Now they can strictly focus on front 7 and that's much easier to find for this scheme. I fully expect us to be a top contender next year, they are really building something special. I haven't been this sold on a front office in my life as a Bills fan
  21. Yea good points. Cook has upside and versatility but like you said, such a small sample size. Tre White is definitely top 10 , Dawkins top 15-20. Not bad getting a stud LT and CB and extra first! No idea how Mahomes is on the list but he definitely has upside at the most crucial position,
  22. I totally agree. There's multiple threads discussing Wood , the injury and his legacy as a Bill. Nothing but respect being shown and prayers being said. This is a Bills board and the OP is bringing up a very real and valid point. What do you think our front office is doing? The people that know him and his family? They are evaluating the hole left and evaluating what to do about this sad news. With that said, Groy I believe might be better on the field, I think he can be a slight upgrade on the field. Wood will leave a big time void though as a respected leader and captain. My prayers to him and his family.
  23. I've had issues with you in the past and I generally just don't contribute to your threads, this is my first post in this thread which I been aware of since you posted. I will say I slightly disagree with the backlash you are receiving, but you brought it on yourself. It's not so much what you day but how you say it and like our interactions, I actually saw your view point but just felt disrespected, I think that's the problem. Just reevaluate how you come at people on here if you truly are genuine and want to contribute and be respected on here. Like I said, I lost respect for you months ago because I thought you were ignorant and immature, but honestly you bring some valid points to the table, just reevaluate the respect and tone at which you speak on matters and how you address other members.
  24. I just mentioned Richie. They are very close friends
  25. So much respect for Wood. This is sad news. He will be replacable on a talent level but will leave a big hole on a leadership level, him and Richie were also great together on n off the field. Groy can fill the void on the field.
