  1. I wouldn't call it concerning , I think Bush is quality depth and a capable starter and Neal has promise and I really like the rookie we picked up based on research I've done. Obviously there's going to be a drop off from Hyde / Poyer but they've played as possibly the best tandem past 2 years
  2. White is a stud as we all know but Taron is going to be special as well in that nickel role. Kid was balling as a rookie on a bum shoulder . This secondary as a whole is as good as it gets in this league. It's going to be difficult to keep Hyde,Poyer and White beyond 2020
  3. Great points I pretty much been in the same boat, I'm cautiously optimistic because of the past but there's just so many areas of the team trending upwards. Also , we have great coaching imo. McDermott is a natural n I feel will be a staple here for a long time. He has assembled quality coaching throughout this roster. It's going to be a helluva year
  4. https://www.buffalobills.com/news/camp-countdown-no-22-what-should-be-expected-from-cole-beasley "Since his second year in the NFL, Beasley has played in 93 out of 96 games for the Cowboys. " That sentence right there popped out to me immediately . For his size and all the receptions he has made over the middle , it's remarkable he only missed 3 gms. I'm optimistic he could maintain that pace for us and be a grand slam signing.
  5. I actually voted Ray Ray just based off the fact we drafted him and he's completely injury free. I remember reading a cpl weeks ago that Ray Ray has looked great and much improved. He said the injury last year really effected him harshly , he was limited for the majority of the off season, and that really had a big impact on his game he said ,so hopefully we get the gadget type WR we were expecting. I still love McKenzie, he brought instant positive energy to the O. He was what Ray Ray was supposed to be last year. Either way, that's some solid competition , especially compared to the competition level last year! McKenzie was a really nice pickup after Den dumped him and I'm excited to see a healthy McCloud, he has real potential based off his time at Clemson
  6. If I'm not mistaken , I think Hyde was the first signing once McDermott was announced HC. I remember being super intrigued because GB had so many primetime games at that time , I was familiar with and loved Hyde as a player, he always seemed to make clutch plays and be around the football. GB had him playing everywhere though , slot and outside cb , as well as S sometimes. McDermott is a genius for identifying Hyde as an elite S. Can you elaborate on this? I'm sincerely confused what you mean. I simply put that PFF did a piece on Hyde and he has been their highest graded FS the last 2 years combined... Not sure what you mean exactly
  7. McKenzie has a much higher ceiling than ppl think on here. He just needs to be more consistent and he'd be a real weapon. Perfect WR for end arounds, sweeps, etc
  8. I think it was both . I have dealt with opiate addiction in my immediate family , like they say it's cunning, baffling and powerful. It overpowers love at many times. It has no reflection on the parent (s) in most cases. But I see his ignorance and why he tied the two together and I do agree with him on his general statement , that Andy Reid lacks discipline on the gridiron. He has no right speaking about Andy Reids discipline at home
  9. Addiction doesn't discriminate, it touches rich, poor, black , white , male , female etc. They probably had more funds at their disposal than most kids and dad is working 70+ hour weeks majority of the year. It happens
  10. I totally see why you and others feel this way but I do think it's a fairly accurate statement , bringing his son and family into it was unnecessary and he could have easily proven his point without bringing them up
  11. True. I mean he seems to be progressing fairly quickly as is. His first 2 years playing the position full time and arguably playing at the highest level in the game
  12. NP!! I thought it was a great article and surprised it wasn't posted.
  13. https://www.profootballfocus.com/news/pro-micah-hyde-is-making-a-name-for-himself Just a phenomenal article on a phenomenal player breaking down exactly what Hyde has brought as a FS since joining Buffalo. This man is playing as potentially the best in the game
  14. So I live the boss life instead , Porsche lights , weed smoke on the porch nights , driveway with sport bikes . She's all hype , no action , 2 years together, no traction , we was riding the waves with no captain , then being alone happened. (Not a song , used to write rhymes daily)
  15. Ya I'm looking at both divisions and feel NE is much better than Philly, Dallas I feel is in the same category as Jets/Bills , Teams with legit potential to make a run. Whether you rank Jets or Bills as 3rd in the division , I feel they both are better than Wash and Miami and the Gmen might be equally terrible. But I see your point and understand
  16. One guy that's going to get the recognition he deserves is Taron Johnson . As long as that shoulder isn't a career issue, he's going to be very special. And he's extremely physical, he's going to pop out oncythose pads come on now that he's basically a lock for the nickel. McD can get very creative with the coverages/blitzes with all this high end talent in the secondary
  17. I thought the NFC East was the worse. Philly is good , Dallas has potential , the Skins/Gmen are terrible.
  18. True , it seemed to me like they were a very weak 11-5 . They were 3-4 versus teams with a winning record. 8-1 versus teams with losing records . Shoot we probably beat them in Houston if Allen didn't get injured, even though it was a blessing in disguise! I see a 6-8 win team. Their OL is brutal. Defense not what it once was.
  19. Hyde said yesterday that Neal was overwhelmed last year. Said they simplified things for him n he looks great now
  20. Absolutely. I love Lorax part time , if Murphy/Shaq step up we could have a deep dangerous DL I also feel Harry Phillips is going to be a very good player , that DL has so much potential!
  21. I can see him having an immediate impact sorta like Tre White , where we see very early on that this kid can play at a high level. Him and Hughes could be the quickest DE/DT combination in the game
  22. Absolutely . McCoy and Gore are also likely to get a bunch of vet days , nothing more than a camp body imo.
  23. He's played in about 11 games in his career and this guy really said he's going to struggle with short throws his whole career. Smh. That's either complete incompetence or a hater
  24. Ha i actually responded that way because of the news . Not because anything you said , which is my bad ! I actually agree with you , I'd be very good with bringing him back on in some capacity.
