I'd be furious as a Rams fan for not sticking with the run. I know their run game sets up pass but they're getting great yardage. Also be furious for not running twice with Henderson at the 1 after he got them down there with ease.

I disagree. QB of the D . Hasn't missed a snap all year prior to injury. He will be missed alot. Great players aren't easy to replace.

Rams run game makes me soo jealous. Imagine what Allen would be doing with a run game close to that? We'd be unstoppable.

He was out there plenty on Tues. I'm a big Taron fan , I love his physicality and always thought he was solid in coverage but yes he did bad on Tues and most the season

Hughes is elite pass rusher. Consistently gets pressure , is very good vs run but not elite .

I don't think the game was that bad or bad at all. The drops, the penalties were atrocious. Josh was 63% , 265 yards , 2 TD , 1 int was really on him. No running game to help him also. The O as a whole needs to play better

What about 2017 and 18? I think the D is too simple to identify. We play a bunch of Cover 3 and Quarters and teams are fairly easy dissecting the coverage. If an offense can identify a coverage fairly easily, I don't care how much talent you have. It's going to be tough to stop and the D needs to play nearly perfect

Probably cause Robert's been great on ST but he had an awful game, besidesvthat sideline catch . If Robert's catches that, Bills match down field, it's likely a completely different game. Can't dig a hole that early vs a quality opponent. I'm looking on the positive side tho. Maybe Bills were listening to the hype, not bringing it in practice, I expect a rejuvenated team on Monday.

At least he cant play Mon. Needs a 5 day quarantine or something. Not that it matters imo. I don't think he's a big upgrade over D Williams and CEH is def the starting RB.

I hope Gore puts in a good word. But honestly, he's more of a name than elite talent. I'd like him but not in love with acquiring him

In 2017 we had a 3 game stretch giving up 37,47,54 points. I believe McD took over play calling and it worked wonders Even with injuries. Idk how we were that bad yesterday and 2nd half vs LA, 1st half vs LV were also brutal. Something isn't right, just can't put my finger on it. Star is missed but he didn't really play on pass downs , and we've been good vs runs inside. Missing Jordan Phillips I think and Lorax. Idk what's going on. How could this unit regress so much

Agree to an extent. I think we just need a run game so play action can work. Allen is incredible off PA. But yes he should also run 5-7 times a game

And who knows how effective AJ will even be coming off injury. They are also minus #2 WR who has been having a solid year so our attention has to be on AJ and Jonu Smith in pass game. Hope we can shut down Henry like we did Jacobs. This DL is deep and talented.

Yea I hope. They also had a phenomenal 1st half vs Rams . They just need to put together 4 quarters. And I thought they'd be dominant with the continuity. Milano being injured is going to hurt. I was in the Gameday thread for the 1st half vs LV and Edmunds was getting ripped apart. Many saying he regressed big time. Anyone care to expand on that? I know he was out of position a couple of times in the pass game but I thought it was more on the DL giving Carr all day , in the 1st half. Curious why ppl specifically thought Edmunds was an issue

I'm loving this short term ir. It should be permanent imo. Josh Norman will be tested , hope he can fully get his feet under him by next Thurs, really doubt we play Tenn. Could be a blessing in disguise with Norman though. Remember vs Raiders the announcers said McDermott was going to ease him into the lineup , giving Levi 2 series and Norman 2 series, so I guess he was impressive during camp and was going to see playing time regardless. Love the swagger and energy he brings as well

Spot on. Even the defense is all in on Josh. They just gush about his work ethic and leadership. Josh has that swagger to him I call the IT factor. Like he said, he wants it more than the next man and his actions back those words. And ya , Darnold is like that high school kid where everything came easy, 5 star recruit ,gets to D1 level and thinks his natural ability can allow him to slack off and gets surpassed by the 2 star recruit that worked his ass off and wants it more. Essentially, that 5 star recruit peaked in high school. Darnold peaked in college. Josh still hasn't peaked!
