But he's versatile enough to play that role if needed. We know how much McD values versatility. I like Butler and like you said, he'll be at his normal role now , behind Oliver in the DL rotation.

Available players released from other teams

Going to be the wildest FA period we ever seen. A ton of 1 year deals at bargain prices -
He's intriguing but you gotta wonder why Mia barely used him. It's not like they had great RB play.

Quinton Jefferson released
JerseyBills replied to Buffalo_Stampede's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
He's a solid player. I see they posted a few plays on big Q. He's a very solid player , I just thought he was inconsistent. And I believe the staff is high on Epenesa, I can see him making a nice jump in year 2. -
Quinton Jefferson released
JerseyBills replied to Buffalo_Stampede's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
I agree with releasing Brown n QJeff. Bummed about Smoke but agree with it because the $ we save, the emergence of Davis and the potential of Hodgins. Had high hopes for QJeff. He was considered Sea best DL overall in 19. Just never really stood out in this system. I'm glad we got Butler to take a pay cut , I thought he really came on in the last 7-8 games , especially in the run game! This shores up DT for 2021 , with Star back , Zimmer in the mix , we got plenty options at DT. Really? I thought QJeff was very underwhelming. -
Idk why ppl are bashing Morse. He has had a helluva 2 years here so far. He missed a few games, nothing serious, came back n played at a high level still. I love the message this sends to the rest of the league. Morse was willing to deduct 2 mil instead of being released and likely testing FA and getting more. There'd definitely be a market for a 28 y/o very good - elite Center

Jerry Hughes restructuring? Rumor...

Off topic but see his name - Addison is Good. Coaches love him on the field and locker room. His production was pretty good, not elite , not great , but pretty good. Jerry is Elite. He consistently causes HAVOC! Get a dominant guy outside that makes Jerry, Oliver , Addison etc much better! -
Definitely. Cause it can't be coached. Guys either have it or they don't. I've always been a Josh supporter but I remember reading articles about him after his rookie year and I knew by hearing Palmer and other guys speak on his desire to get better, that we had our franchise QB for a long time! This is a helluva compliment though, from a great player in his own right. Possible HOFer.

So do a Diggs type deal this year for a DE?
JerseyBills replied to John from Riverside's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
We need that pick of a top 30 prospect, unless we move back. But id rather get an elite DL in FA . So many potential options -
Texans coaching staff on Watt - bitter or truthful?
JerseyBills replied to YoloinOhio's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
I'm just happy we didn't sign him for that price. His availability is awful. His defenses were never elite. Didn't make guys better like an Aaron Donald or Von Miller -
Colin Cowherd's QB Dominoes for the 2021 Off-Season
JerseyBills replied to chongli's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Just glad Buf isn't on this list. Times have changed! The rest of the league is in disarray with their QB situations and we have a guy that'll be here for 15 years and just finished 2nd in MVP voting. -
Did you play football, at any level?
JerseyBills replied to Ray Stonada's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
I played from 5th - 12th grade. I played 1 year of Juco. Got injured in our final game and never played again. Besides with friends, fam , or flag football leagues. I never envisioned playing any higher than Juco. I'm 5'10 175 now. I was probably 165 in Juco, playing Free Safety -

Good points I guess I'm judging him more on his college film. Instincts is probably my favorite attribute of his. But ya , you're right about the Mia game.. Hoping he can step it up though -

he's gone. I really like Dodson though. Depending alot on Edmunds at MLB or not. If you make that transition, you do it asap but It looks like coaching and Front Office feels he is fine in the middle He's kinda like Josh, physically is just a monster . Just need to fine tune a few aspects of his game and he'll be a superstar
