This isn't a Lamar vs Allen thing. I know Fumbles have been an issue for Josh in his NFL career and I strongly believe these consistent fumbles will start impacting games

Dionte Johnson TD was one of them. Great coverage, better catch , he's a great WR

Their DB made a helluva play. Feel like ppl are so quick to slam Dabol or the execution by the O but sometimes you have to tip your hat to the D on a helluva play.

Absolutely agree Idk why ppl are disagreeing with you or my post. Allen has had these issues for 3 seasons and I was hoping he would limit these mistakes at least in year 4. I understand it was 1 game. I understand it was against a very good defense but i hold Josh to extremely high standards, considering his contract and career trajectory. He played very mediocre yesterday and this fumbling issue will lose us games in the playoffs or big reg season gms. It was a huge play yesterday, momentum shifter. This needs to change...

I'm actually good with everyone except Allen and the punt team. They lost us this game. McD is great, our D looked phenomenal, Dabol is great. So ya, wrong thread chief.

He has been fumbling pretty consistently for 3 years. We're not going to get so lucky recovering them alot and they're going to cost us some games.

Ya he was very bad overall and those things are being discussed and I agree on everything you said except I put fumbling right up there. I mean a turnover can completely change a game and if this continues , alot more of his fumbles will be for turnovers

I haven't seen this discussed much and feel it deserves its own thread. 2 more fumbles yesterday! 1 turnover, but this has plauged him threw 3 years and was expecting him to clean this up entering this year. Plan and simple, if Allen can't find a resolution to this issue and it continues to impact his game, I don't think we ever make it out of the AFC. These fumbles will cost us playoff games in the future

I blame 17. Dude got paid and was just severely inaccurate. There was plays to be made, he just made bad decisions and some awful throws. Lets hope this was an anomaly, every QB has bad weeks. Josh has proven he can bounce back , hopefully he can continue that trend

Sanders is great. So is Davis, Beasley and Diggs. Sometimes too many pieces on O at the same position can be an issue. Not sure what the issue really was, Allen was just inaccurate.. Very frustrating

I blame Allen too though. There were a bunch of plays he had the short option and refused to take it, forcing the ball long into coverage. This is his biggest flaw , he feels like he needs to be Superman and get everything back at once, especially when the stadium is rocking in big games, I hope it's not a Fatal flaw.

I'd be happy and optimistic too. Pats D is tough, ours is too and only gave up 16 points but I'm just not that confident, everyone was super confident this week, I don't think it's going to be as easy as many think. Should be a dog fight realistically

We didn't lose twice in a row at all last year. If we do lose , which i don't expect, we're going to see that this clearly isn't a continuation of last year, which was expected , considering we bought back almost every starter. We'd be in legit trouble. Something we were never in last year either But I think we should be at least 4-2 by the bye which is the same record as last year.

I thought the pass rush was fine? Our O was terrible imo. We held em to 55 yards in a half! I miss Wyatt Teller.. I miss Wyatt Teller..

They do have a helluva defense though

The multiple OL holding calls killed us. Mainly in 1st half. Allen was very mediocre all day, I really think this whole team looked liked they bought into the crazy off season hype and got punched in the mouth.

That wasn't it. We played arrogant imo. We believed the false hype.

A despicable showing by the Bills. This felt like a drought era loss to me. I think players and coaches alike bought into the off season hype. Allen was terrible. The OL was terrible. Our WR were terrible. This was eerily similar on O to the KC game. Do defenses have Dabol figured out? It's possible. I'm just at a loss for words... We deserved this L. Felt all game like a team that believed the hype...
