  1. This is a Hall of Fams Post. The same guy who got dropped off at his office a month ago, after a 35-0 shutout , checked out. 🙄
  2. Pounded by 2 teams out of 10 games. The 1 just lost to the 1 win Texans , who we shutout 35-0 or something. It's a strange league! We got 7 games to fix the kinks. I trust this team to do that
  3. No time soon. Do you not remember pre McDermott.?
  4. NE***** is going to dominate us
  5. McD refusing to go for it on 4th n 5 and go for a 49 yarder in these conditions was pathetic! That miss was the nail in the coffin
  6. Wish we had a weapon like Justin Jefferson
  7. Is it 2013 ?? 2014? 2015? 2016? I get the vibes of those teams watching this game. Pathetic
  8. These guys are not humbled and fed
  9. We must find an elite RB If you can't tell the difference between him n our guys, check ur glasses.
  10. Our O regressed alot. We can overcome a Bad Defensive outing because of our great O. And F the stats we beat up on Terrible teams. If our D played like this every week we'd be 4 -5
  11. It's a real shame this is isn't even funny no more Refs have been nothing short of horrendous. It wouldn't surprise me 1 bit if they're in cahoots with the league to attempt to cover certain spreads.
  12. I respect the D and of course Belicheck but we have the better O and D. Anything can happen this game but I just can't see Mac or the RBs scoring much. I'd say 20 or less. Likely in that 10-17 range Allen n the O embarrassed yall on your field last year. I'm Sure Bill spent a bit more time constructing a gameplan for Allen compared to other QBs. We only played 3 of the same teams. Fins vs NE - NE allowed 17 points. Bills allowed 0 and 11 in w games! NE vs Jets x2 - NE allowed 13 and 6 pts. 19 total. Bills allowed 17 in 1 (2nd stringers came in the 4th. Texans- NE allowed 22. Bills allowed another 0 Pretty close. Looking forward to both games!!!!!
  13. Spot on and he doesn't have near the acceleration McKenzie has and probably can't hit his top speed as well.
  14. I love how the media is hyping up that D so much. Like dude, they don't even have the best D in their division!! We're going to make it a longgggg day for Mac.
  15. I know he has deserved his few All Pros but McKenzie is sooo much better. Lil Dirty seems to make a big return a game , usually with a flag included. But he's def an upgrade. Leading league in a few return stats. Bass can't miss. Punting is good but overall Our ST is elite
  16. And Bease was playing with a broken fibula(?) We were banged up on O all playoffs
  17. Besides being incredibly nerve wracking, that was a really fun game to watch. Indy played a great game. Left it all out on the field We were just the better team that day but much respect to Reich and the Colts.
  18. Can't wait to spank them in a cpl weeks. Hope AB is playing and Poyer plays him out!
  19. Bump. Added the top 2 3rd down defenses in the OP and I believe we could be at #1 after this year! 2019 Pats won the SB 2017 Vikings lost in Conference finals So I think this stat is a good metric to predict how far a team can go..
  20. Plus the consistent turnovers!
  21. I had alot of free time today. Took some time to look at our defensive stats. The turnovers, ppg, qb rating is all elite. One stat that was mind blowing was our 3rd down defensive %. For starters, we haven't allowed over 50% 3rd down completion percentage all year (9 games). That's an amazing stat in itself. But then you add up the total 3rd down percentage for opposing offenses is 33/112 for a 29.4% opponent conversion rate on 3rd down. Without going through 31 other teams , I'd guarantee that's the best in the game. Probably by a pretty large margin. For example, the Bills have gone over 50% on 3rd down conversions in 4 out of 9 games , going 57/117 for a 48.7% 3rd down conversion rate. We're talking about a 20% advantage on 3rd down conversions between our O and D. These are insane numbers folks. These are Alabama vs Appalachian State numbers! When I have time I'm going to do more digging into these 3rd down stats vs other great teams but I'd bet this team is probably in the top 10 all time. Didn't plan on making a thread , was just blown away by these numbers and wanted thoughts from the board. Thanks and Go Bills!!! Edit- Top 2 3rd down defenses The Vikings 2017 defense is the 2nd best 3rd Down defense since the league began tracking 3rd Down conversions in 1991. They finished 51/202 for a 25.2% on 3rd down defense. They reached , but lost in the NFC championship game. The number 1 3rd down defense is the 2019 Pats* who went 47/149 for a 24.1% on 3rd down. One example that shows how much Brady benefited from consistent great defenses. Pats won the SB that year beating the high powered offense from LA. Safe to say this stat is a pretty good indicator on how far teams will go. The Bills are currently 33.3% on road versus 23.9 at home. So that's some serious home field advantage for our D. You take away KC and Ten who went 9/22 for 41% and we're likely lingering around. 20 -21&. Basically saying we have a legit shot at breaking that record and adding in how well we are on 3rd down on O , that's SB caliber numbers imo.
  22. Agreed . I was going to say both.
  23. Amazing depth and versatility. Very good instincts. Plays with more ferociousness n more nasty than Edmunds. Somewhat of a liability against pass but not glaring. Great contract. Glad he's on this side
  24. Who do you take away snaps from? Bease or Sanders?
  25. I'd have to agree. If we had a draft Bass would be the first kicker off the board. What a weapon and draft pick. Very few kickers get drafted. He's one of the best 6th rounders in the last decade
