Mark my words - Edmunds coming back will be a massive improvement to this D. His absence was felt Teams can't attack the middle of the field like they have been. You can't teach his size , athleticism and natural coverage ability Prior to the injury PFF had Milano as the 2nd best LB and Edmunds #3. I'd argue his absence was bigger than Vons will be. Not taking anything away from Von but Edmund's is that good and doesn't come off the field. We got the QB of the D back and I guarantee it shows going forward

Getting Groot back will be huge. He may not have the numbers but his presence is felt as far as pressures and freeing guys up. Hope Von will be back by January. Mark my words- with the return of Edmunds on Thurs , this D is going to look dominant again

I don't see any of them guys having an impact, including Toney. I hope they trot out MG3 , his fumbling issues are an extreme liability

As far as Stevenson, I expect him to be an x factor if healthy. Been talking about him all off season pre injury. The fact they played him last year as a rook over Hodgins etc tells me the staff likes him and he was a speed demon in college. I know he had injury and fumble issues last year but that was as a rookie, coming off IR. If he can get the ball security down Pat, he'll be a nice addition to the WRs

Most likely Rhodes won't even see the field with White/Elam manning the outside. Good point though. You could do WAYYY worse than Rhodes as a backup cb. He was very good in his prime
