  1. We asked this before years ago, so let's try it again. Since there's only been one person named to the Wall of Fame to date, which other members of the TBD community would you choose to be inducted? Here were my choices the first time 'round, and they're still my choices 5 years later.
  2. There are folks who care. If you're not one, that's coo. Just keep it to yourself. No need to get nasty 'bout it. Nick is a long time poster who is respected here.
  3. I think I read somewhere that San Diego traded up to get a running back, so why would they trade for Lynch?
  4. You mods think you know everything. Damn Nazis.
  5. Randy Cross; is that you?
  6. Just as long as you don't piss off the wrong 'folks'.
  7. 100 days and counting!!!!
  8. The time is past due for us to designate our 3 keepers for the upcoming season. Please go to our league site and designate the players you intend to keep for next year by June 30 2010. Thanks.
  9. 107 days and counting!!!! Everyone be safe and have a great weekend. Be sure to take the time to remember those who gave their lives in the service of this great nation.
  10. The Party in the Alley starts this Sunday @ noon. I am seriously considering going, as these things are always a lot of fun and the proceeds go to a good cause, too. Party In The Alley 2010
  11. AMC has been useless to me ever since they began to air commercials. It was fun back in the day to be able to watch the old horror films and movies like Spartacus (widescreen) uninterrupted on that channel.
  12. The thing that made both Psycho and the original Halloween movie so good is that they were good, scary movies that didn't have a ton of blood, unlike their unfortunate sequels and the many inferior copycats that followed 'em.
  13. "Classic" horor movie: The Wolf Man (the '41 Lon Chaney Jr/Claude Reins version, NOT the bastardized remake w/ Benecio Del Toro) "Modern" horror movie: Halloween (original '78 version)
  14. Rounds 7 and 8 begin @ 10am today. Teams still have up 'til then to make their Rounds 5 and 6 selections.
  15. Rounds 5 and 6 begin @ 10am today. There's still 15 minutes for anyone who missed a pick yesterday to make their selection before Rounds 3-4 are closed.
  16. Rounds 3 and 4 will start @ 10am today. Anyone who missed a pick in Rounds 1 and 2 have up 'til 10am to make their picks. Once Round 3 begins, Rounds 1 and 2 are closed and no missed picks can be made up.
  17. Thanks for the read. The constant barrage of "we suck" threads is a main reason why we lose so many good posters over the years. For that reason, I sure do hope that the Bills begin to turn it 'round this season.
  18. REMINDER: the 2010 rookie draft begins today @ 10am. Owners please either be ready to go w/ your pick or submit a list of players to choose from to me, Ramius, and BlueFire.
  19. There may be more to follow.
  20. Okay folks, I posted the threads for next week's rookie draft and the 2010 transactions thread. Remeber: the rookie draft begins @ 10am on Monday, May 17 2010. Also be sure to have your spreadsheets w/ your released players and those you intend to re-sign submitted to me by the end of the week. Once I get everyone's spreadsheets, I will post the available free agent lists and I will send each owner a revised spreadsheet.
  21. I heard they were voting for Steve Lattimer.
  22. I'd go to G and M which is in Linthicum, near BWI-TM airport. They have the best crabcakes you can find in the area, and the rest of the food they serve is also very good. Tough to get in there on weekends, though. Long wait times.
