With a new OC running new plays, I think it may be a number of games into the season to figure out what's what with the Bills offense, even if Dorsey gets the OC gig.

For most of the season his OL was hot garbage and people wanted him gone, I'm cool with him going.

Eric Bieniemy - Make him OC/Asst HC so it's not a lateral move. Josh will make any OC look good and when after a couple years Bieniemy becomes a HC we'll get 2 3rd round comp picks. He had to learn something being besides Andy Reid for a number of years.

IMO, the Giants will use their two first round picks to move up for Kenny Pickett - QB - Pitt. New GM, new HC, often means new QB. If I'm Schoen and Daboll, I don't want my career hanging on Daniel Jones.

Time to play the Rooney rule game. If Dorsey goes to the Giants we should hire the best possible candidate that would get us two 3rd round draft choices when they get hired as a HC in a few years.

If I'm Beane I'm doing my best right now to make Dorsey the new OC and I want it done in a couple of days. Dorsey knows the system and probably has ideas on how to improve the output with some influence from Josh. If I'm Dorsey, I'd rather take the OC job in Buffalo and have Josh as my QB instead of following Daboll to Jersey and trying to stop Daniel Jones from turning the ball over every other series. Daboll is now gone, time to move on. Time to promote Dorsey.

You pay whatever it takes to keep a top 5 QB, no other position matters that much. You need to draft well every year so you can get rid of some higher priced and or aging veterans every year. Protecting your QB investment should also be job #1.

CB - Even if Tre' is ready for opening day, we need an upgrade at #2 OL - Re-signing Bates should be a top priority, he played a better LG than anyone we've played there the past few years. He also considers himself a Center so if Morse retires we might already have his replacement. That said, we also need to add an IOL early in the draft. WR - I think McKittrick will sign with Miami where he has a BBQ business and I think Beasley will want to go someplace where the fans don't boo him 🙄. We could use a speedster to play the slot and run under JA17's 60 yard passes (Skyy Moore in the 2nd) DT - Re-sign Horrible Harry, wave g'bye to Star and draft a huge run stuffing DT TE - If Knox gets injured does anybody think Sweeney can come in and produce ? ... I'll probably have the games turned on this weekend but I don't really care who wins either game. The excitement I'll have will be the same as if I was watching a Jets vs Giants game. Considering I've only watched one of the past five Super Bowls (I stopped watching Brady Bowls a long time ago) I'll watch this one.
