Then they wake up and hold the Jags to two FG's in the 2nd half while putting up 3 TD's. Josh runs for a TD, passes for 1 TD (Knox) and Davis gets his 1st rushing TD. Jags kick a FG with seconds remaining. Tuesday morning the Bills sign a new Kicker from the minor leagues and put Bass on IR with a confidence issue.

Who needs a Kicker ? I remember back in the day (old man speak) a college team that didn't have a Kicker. On kickoffs they did that by volunteer, they didn't bother with FGs and they always went for 2 after their many TDs. Their QB signed with Buffalo during the strike (Willie Totten) and their WR ended up in the HOF (Jerry Rice) Think out of the box Beane, follow the old Mississippi Valley State model. 😎

Thursday games basically stink because the teams don't have enough time to prepare for it. The question here will be which coaching staff can do a better job at that. Home teams on Thursday Night Football have a 57.9% chance of winning compared to 57.1% any day of the week. Very little difference there. Both teams might score in the 40's in this one. Hopefully we'll have the ball last.

To be fair it was the Zebras first game of the year too and they were horribly bad. I don't know how the NFL does it but the officiating gets worse every year.
