Yeah, you have a reserve chute on your belly which if needed you pull the rip cord and deploy that chute by hand. The guy ended up in a tree with a leg injury but nothing life threatening.

When I did it, the class took a few hours mainly to teach you to know what to do if your chute doesn't open, which was actually needed by one person in the group that was doing it that day. They also taught you how to exit the plane, taught you about the toggles and how to land.

I did it once, a static line jump from 4,000 feet. When it was my turn to jump, it was the scariest thing ever, then the jump master said "get the #%*& off my plane" and you jump, say a quick prayer, look up and see your parachute is open and it's exhilaration. The view is amazing as you come back to earth and they guide you in by one way radio, telling you which toggle to pull. Then I landed and they were yelling at me to stay down. I landed a foot off the runway and the wing from a glider went a couple feet over my head. Overall it was cool experience and a box checked off my bucket list, I never did it again though.

Never I've never even rooted for them to win a regular season game. This past Super Bowl was the 1st one I haven't watched since 1970. I had no desire to watch them win another and if they make it again this year, it'll be 2 straight I haven't watched. Watching them twice a year vs our Bills is all I'll watch them in any given season.

Safety ... Hyde will be a star and I think Poyer will be fine. Colt Anderson is a special teams player and I've never heard of Shamiel Gary until we signed him. For f**** sake, re-sign Corey Graham to be the backup, he's certainly better than both of the backups we have. TE ... This spot is 2nd on the list because of Clay's Knees. As far as backing him up, I believe the only reason O'leary was kept around last year was because Rex wanted to go golfing with his grandpa. We have no legitimate backup plan ... Sign Barnidge !!!

I'm pretty sure that the U of R and their hospital, Strong Memorial are the biggest employer in Rochester. That may have something to do with it. I remember the story as it went down but had no idea the extent of how bad it was.

The only group of people in this country that are worse at their jobs than NFL refs "work" in Washington DC. Both Walt's being put out to pasture would be a great start to the overhaul that needs to happen.

Last year the starters barely saw the field in preseason and in the first couple of games they looked like they hadn't played in 8 months. Completely holding them out all summer is not a good idea.
