Buffalo Tops may be different than Rochester Tops in terms of what they carry, hell Rochester Tops probably aren't all the same. The Tops I shop at used to carry Elk burgers a few years ago. They were delicious too. Wish they still had them. One thing I'm still searching for is Ostrich Mignon .... So effin good.

I get my Bison at Tops in Panorama Plaza in Rochester. Not only do they have Bison steaks and Mignon but also ground Bison and Bison hot dogs. For the 4th I did up a Bison Mignon and a Lobster tail ... So damn good. For steaks I like a nice inch thick Porterhouse with a Montreal steak rub, cooked til it's still semi bloody, let sit for 5-10 and pour a little Worcestershire sauce on it.

I'll keep an open mind to both questions. There wasn't enough evidence shown to convince me one way or the other. Lou is more believable than Giorgio by far but both shows run on the History channel, for what its worth.

The shows were very interesting and semi believable because they didn't include the "aliens" guy with bad hair. The things that kept my interest was that the "tic tac" didn't have wings for any kind of lift nor did whatever propelled it show any signs of heat. It apparently also went under water and traveled at speeds far faster than any known submersible. They had numerous fighter pilots and aircraft engineers that were baffled by what they were seeing and had no answers for it, which also lends to some sort of credibility. The show was worth a watch.

One of my daughters was in Maryland for a weekend a month ago and she stopped Pennsylvania and got a few for me. My neighborhood tends to get pretty noisy for a couple of hours but it's all done by 10 or 11. A few years ago I was in a fireworks store in PA and I love the names they give the stuff. They had one huge box of fireworks selling for $1500 with the name " Grounds for Divorce"
