If they weren't scoring points I'd be concerned about him, but they're scoring at a good clip. Whether he's THE guy or the decoy who takes up the opponents #1 DB, it's working. As far as next year, As a 30+ yr old WR he's likely going on his last 3 yr contract at best. Will he chase the money or chase a ring ? ... I don't think Beane will be the top bidder for his services.

Before ragging on Bernard for not playing as well as last year, look at the Defense as a whole. IMO the only players who have upped their game from last year is Williams and Benford. Many have regressed, especially on the line.

Sunday Captain Trips will come out playing for another massive payday by the Jests, without a pass rush the Bills DBs will have a problem containing Adams and Wilson, not to mention Hall on the ground. I also don't expect the Bills to lay down in their regular season finale, giving their paying fans a late season preseason game. Win Sunday and give the patriots a preseason type finale. I think the Jests will do their best in helping the Bills get that #3 seed. This is their Super Bowl.

Go Bills Go Steelers Go Texans They'll know tomorrow if they have a shot at the #1 seed, they can also lock in the #2 seed if Pitt and Balt both lose. The game plan vs the Jests, who plays and how much, will likely depend on what happens tomorrow.

They should've worn all red for the before Christmas game. More than a few times yesterday I'd root for the team in white and against the team in red only to realize I rooted for the patriots not the Bills. Suggestion for the next time they do red over white ... Do it against a team that doesn't traditionally wear red.

It's an emotional game and Stroud throws a TD to his best friend only to watch him suffer a gruesome injury that may end his career, I'm not going to rag on him for that. The rest of the team may not have cried but they had let it ruin the rest of their games. The Kicker proceeds to miss the XP and nobody on the team stepped up from that point on. I'm fairly certain that if the Bills vs Bengals game continued after what happened to Hamlin you would've seen a team done for the day and the rout would've been on.

Josh is still morphing and growing as a QB. Through his early career he's looked to me like Brett Favre ... A gunslinger with a strong arm, tough, fearless, will get what he needs through the air or on the ground. I think Josh has elevated his game beyond that now.

I used to like college football, all the changes they've made has caused me to lose interest. I used to watch games every weekend, not this year. When you have Cal and Stanford in the Atlantic Coast Conference, you have issues.

I still think Josh should've gotten a half rush TD and half pass TD for his TD pass to himself.

In my fantasy playoffs I face him this week, he isn't even listed as questionable. I'm hoping the Texans Defense forces him to do a lot of running Saturday.
